I don't know if her clippers were dull but he was shaved with long patches left. His legs were always hand scissored but she shaved them as well. Face was shaved down and patchy. He looks like he was rolling in a field all day. Not soft and fluffy. Wish I could post pics. And I had to cut his bangs which were choppy and crooked. His groom always took a minimum of two hours but she was done in one hour and his ears were wet when I picked him up. we left in -20 c temp. so upset. I did everything right and did what they asked, and paid for my $90 dog food as I always do, but was sent the wrong order. I tried to dispute this but they wanted me to bring the incorrect items to a store to return them for a refund, when I wasn't charged for these incorrect items, I was charged for the dog food I never received. I emailed back right away and their customer service has not not been responding to me. I have been loyal and respectful, but I have had it. They did not offer me the food I paid for nor did they even offer me a refund. Extremely disappointed with their customer service for an issue THEY created not even me...will NEVER shop here again and am disputing the charges with my bank. They have lost a customer that spends thousands here every year with their lack of care!
