In fact, we were back in approximately 10 minutes. More importantly, before we left, the staff specifically assured us that if we returned with the paperwork, our dog would be groomed. We immediately did exactly what we were asked to do and returned with the paperwork well within the timeframe we were given. We relied on what your staff told us, followed the instructions, and made every effort to comply. To then be told that our dog could not be groomed because of the timeline is extremely frustrating and does not match what actually happened. We expect a business to stand behind what its employees tell customers. If the policy or timeframe was different, that should have been clearly explained to us from the beginning rather than after we had done exactly what we were instructed to do.

My 1 yr old yorkipoo reaches for her and starts with kisses when she picks him up at the front door. But without question, it is the least stressful for our fur baby to not be kenneled and endure hours at a grooming salon. From pickup at the front door to return at the front door never more than 45 minutes and he looks great! Downside to being great is she is always booked. They know him and he knows them. He is so happy to be there. While he is there we sometimes ask them to trim and file his nails, and they are prefect. Today I asked (last minute) if they would clean his ears as I noticed they were still bothering him, even after I asked a different groomer to clean them 5 days prior. After having his ears cleaned at Groomingdales we saw a remarkable change in that he didn't scratch at or shake his head even one time. Groomingdales is the absolute best - Moving forward I won't trust anyone else with our Clark.

I used a debit card and they charged 3%, we all know that charge is for credit cards and then another fee for the card not being there. I suppose if they had it on file they'd still charge you for the card not being there.
