I was pleased their waiting room didnt smell nor did it have the artificial strong chemical cover up smell. It just smelled and looked clean. My skittish, rescue mommas boy wasn't sure about them at 1st, but when I picked him up, not only did he look great, he was wagging his nub-tail and was happy. First vet visit: they did not test him, played the guessing game, gave him antibiotics and cream **roscoe stops eating, poops water, his paw doesn't improve over the week** 2nd vet visit: takes him off of the antibiotics, considers it to be cancer, blames his food for the diarrhea, ask me "how they were supposed to know that the medication would have a negative reaction?" Now a week after I paid for blood work, called them 4 times, they finally call me and say they ran a test on Roscoe's paw and the results shows that he has an infection but nothing else. Like we didn't already know that he had an infection. It's taking everything in me to be cool about it. They're trying to kill our fur baby's with their lousy way of practicing. They do not care about your animals!! It the vets favorite line is, "oh it could be cancer" after I explained to her several times that I watched him playing in the yard when he was barking at something in the bushes and he jumped back and yelped, shortly after his paw swelled.. how is that anyway related to cancer?!? Her white cat has a large skin cancer tumor on her nose which has been stable and shown little growth (if any) over the past 6 months. It is not infected, or raw and doesn't appear to cause the cat pain or discomfort.She has a great appetite, is very active, and still has a very good quality of life. We took her in because today she was sneezing and had an extremely snotty nose that started today. We'd given her a dose of Claritin that seemed to help thin the mucus before taking her to the clinic. My friend just wanted to keep her cat from possibly getting a respiratory infection, to ask if there was a better medication than Claritin to keep her mucus thin and not cause her to have difficulty breathing. We also asked if there was anything that could be done to the tumor to keep it from obstructing her airway and extended her time with us if possible. Dr Jackson had never met my 80yo friend or her furbaby before today. They vet tech took the cat to get weighed once we got called back and Dr Jackson brought her in to us a few minutes later and IMMEDIATELY started telling us in a condescending tone that the best thing we could do is have the cat euthanized because she obviously had cancer. She didn't ask us any questions, she didn't pet or even look at my friends cat as she bluntly interrupted my 80yo friends and my attempts to explain why we were there and told us that she was advocating for my friends cat (whom she'd just seen for the 1st time less than 5 minutes beforehand) and that her cat was in pain, couldn't breathe and that my friend was trying to selfishly prolong her cats life by wanting to treat her symptoms. This cats airway has zero blockage by the tumor, it is not raw or scabbed at all and she was/is breathing and purring with her mouth closed. She has a hearty appetite and had just been enjoying bullying my 88lb German Shepherd yesterday. Both myself (56yo) and my almost 80yo friend agreed that Dr Jackson is the rudest, arrogant and uncaring vet that either of us has ever taken a furbaby to see. I was literally sickened thinking that if any other elderly pet owner had gone alone or had not researched the cats symptoms and options beforehand, that Dr Jackson would have succeeded in ending the life of a cat she'd just laid eyes on 5 minutes earlier. She was going to do this without taking a full history of the cats symptoms and without considering the mental state or emotional needs of her owner. We did finally persuade them to do labwork, give her an antibiotic shot and prescribe her steroids to prevent sinus congestion and infection. Thankfully the vet tech that was assisting the dvm was caring, understanding, knowledgeable and understood our expectations and reasons for not just giving up on a cat my friend has had for 17yrs. She was everything the obviously inexperienced vet was not. That dvm desperately needs to remember that when you care for a beloved pet of someone, you are also responsible for caring about the feelings of the owner.

Now the groomers have done the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I asked of them....they obviously have no idea on a 'puppy cut' or how to cut certain breeds, so that just shave them completely it seems!! They shaved my fur baby so close to the skin (and i mean everywhere...face, ears) that his skin is irritated and bothering him!! Whats more....I was inside my house working and they could have easily asked me since I explicitly told them NOT to shave him to the skin!!! This is the worse hair cut my dog has EVER had and, yes, he's had to be shaved before, but at least they knew how to do it! I am extremely disappointed and so sad for my furbaby!!!! oh, and supposedly they gave me their best groomer to assist with the other groomer.

We tried different training techniques, research, and after months of nothing truly addressing the aggressive - territorial behavior, we knew we needed help. She was scaring people when they would come into our home. Putting her in another room (even in her kennel which is her safe space) made her become destructive and worsened her anxiety. Lorenzo's training style is much more than just obedience. It is about training your dog to have confidence in you and to respect you as the leader. Daniel educated us about what was driving Piper's behavior, what her body language means and what she is communicating when she behaves a certain way. He was incredibly patient and thorough with his teaching to my husband and me. He explained everything to us and ensured we were comfortable and understanding of the training techniques. We saw improvement in Piper in just one session. We had three more sessions with Daniel before she boarded with him. Piper now is confident instead of anxious, listens readily, and is substantially less anxious/aggressive when people come into the house and they get to see how loving our Piper girl is. We have one more session with Daniel and we have already seen such a drastic and incredible improvement! The hardest part of the training is training ourselves to be consistent. Daniel truly made an incredible difference for her and taught us skills that will help keep Piper and others safe. Daniel has a deep passion and love for dogs, and we are so glad we worked with him!

I was made to feel like I was uneducated because I wouldn't abuse my dog to teach him he grew up in a house where my grandmother raised Scottish terriers And we were never allowed to hit them yell at them or anything and they won lots of dog shows had lots of ribbons and lots of points but these people will bully you and it's about the money for them for eight sessions for over $2,500 I was supposed to get on and off lease training I had no idea it was going to be through pain and suffering five star for two dogs off leash training and teaching my rescue dog my other dog that's a rescue to get over her fear in public not once has she ever heard him and never made me feel bad or uneducated my values just on the line with dog abuse.

My dog was scared to go outside and staff…read moredragged her all the way 2 the door by leash choking her with a collar rather then get her harness my dogs never wear collars. she has issues with her knees have the video to prove it when they saw it all they could say is they have had multiple reports with this same person and then says but don't worry she's back in training when I was assured staff was already fully trained. My dogs slept in playroom since they always stay together, I asked if I should bring their beds and was told it was not necessary cots or pallets would be provided but if I wanted to bring something from home like a blanket or toy to have a familiar scent so I provided their blankets. One of my dogs is 15yrs old and has health issues and as I said my other dog has issues with her knees and they were forced to sleep on the concrete floor with only their blankets I brought. Also wanted to bring their huge bowl they drink out of and is enough for 3 dogs and was again told not too they had plenty of bowls. I have videos showing only one small bowl for my three babies to share was there at closing till someone came in on the weekend the next day. When I made multiple complaints finally a pail was brought in which I was told they should have had from the start. I made my complaints and was told that management would be talked to and they would mention compensation because they agreed I didn't not get the services for my dogs that I was assured I would and the incident with dragging my dog was wrong. I waited over a mth and no one ever got back to me I reached out today and was told it was not mandatory to provide cots or make pallets well why the heck didn't you say that and let me bring my fur babies beds when I asked instead of saying you would provide that and refusing their bowl. I was told no compensation and that there were two bowls in there when I have proof there was 1 and why did they bring a pail in then when I complained? Plus more than anything dragging my terrified baby. I will never board my animals there again since it's excuses and no accountability. To say you sent the same person u have had problems with before since multiple complaints about them from other people back to training after it took me showing I had the video of my fur baby being dragged. That person shouldn't even be allowed to work there if it's not just me complaining. Just terrible and I hate to have to post this but it's necessary. I will not say that no one there is good because that's not true. There are some staff that truly love the animals but unfortunately this took place and ruins it for the good ones.
