The price was affordable so I decided to give them a try. They worked me in to their schedule the next day. They were willing to work with me on shampoo because i am allergic to most of the scented ones. I was pleased their waiting room didnt smell nor did it have the artificial strong chemical cover up smell. It just smelled and looked clean. My skittish, rescue mommas boy wasn't sure about them at 1st, but when I picked him up, not only did he look great, he was wagging his nub-tail and was happy. While I waited for him I observed 4-6 other owners picking up their dogs. All looked good and were happy dogs. I will go back and can highly reccomend them.

Not only was my father lied to, he was taken advantage of. His dog continued to severely itch after her grooming appointments and now we know why. Grooming consists of a bath not just a cut. If your company is overwhelmed do not lie to your customers. My friend has also stopped using this company for the same exact reason.

While in boarding Jennifer had the opportunity to work on his social skills and allowed him to run free in the office and now he can get close to other dogs and do the sniffing and kissing without howling or barking. First vet visit: they did not test him, played the guessing game, gave him antibiotics and cream **roscoe stops eating, poops water, his paw doesn't improve over the week** 2nd vet visit: takes him off of the antibiotics, considers it to be cancer, blames his food for the diarrhea, ask me "how they were supposed to know that the medication would have a negative reaction?" Now a week after I paid for blood work, called them 4 times, they finally call me and say they ran a test on Roscoe's paw and the results shows that he has an infection but nothing else. Like we didn't already know that he had an infection. It's taking everything in me to be cool about it. They're trying to kill our fur baby's with their lousy way of practicing. They do not care about your animals!! It the vets favorite line is, "oh it could be cancer" after I explained to her several times that I watched him playing in the yard when he was barking at something in the bushes and he jumped back and yelped, shortly after his paw swelled.. how is that anyway related to cancer?!?
