That said, there are three individuals who consistently rise above these challenges and completely change the experience for the better: Jayde, Christian, and Kevin.
These three employees go above and beyond in ways that are impossible to miss. In an environment where it would be easy to dismiss customers or move them along quickly, they do the opposite. They take their time, they listen, and they make sure you actually understand what you're purchasing--whether that means explaining effects, differences between products, or helping you feel confident in your choice instead of overwhelmed.
Jayde stands out for her ability to read people and meet them where they are. She's patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and informed rather than rushed. You never feel like "just another sale" when she's helping you.
Christian brings consistency, professionalism, and a calm confidence that makes the entire experience smoother. He's thorough in his explanations and clearly takes pride in doing things correctly, even when the environment around him feels chaotic.
Kevin is equally impressive--attentive, personable, and clearly invested in making sure customers leave satisfied rather than confused. He asks the right questions and doesn't cut corners, which is something that matters greatly in a cannabis dispensary.
What's most important to say is this: these three employees deliver excellence even when it isn't demanded, rewarded, or acknowledged. They show dedication, integrity, and care in a workplace that doesn't always make it easy to do so.
