My daughter was creative with her pursuit of happiness and sought out opportunities to work with other people's dogs. She began taking relatives' dogs to obedience classes hosted by Amanda. Amanda was patient and kind with Lilly as she developed her skills. She inspired her to join 4-H dog club and pursue dog agility. Over the last six months, our family has developed excellent skills and we have become rescue owners to an amazing dog. We took the leap and had Simon trained with Amanda before bringing him home. For 21 days, we received videos, text messages and updates about Simons progress. As we welcome and adjust with him, Amanda continues to work with us and our skills as we embark on this journey. I highly recommend her class and obedience training programs for anyone considering pet adoption. Amanda is excellent at training dogs and their humans. It's a partnership that requires training on both parts. Amanda understands that and works patiently with both.

I left my dog at DPO in AZ City for 10 days recently, but had left him prior with no problems. One…read moreday before pick up, I received a call from a boy telling me my dog was sick and had diarrhea and blood coming from his rectum. The boy stumbled to speak and down played how sick my dog was. We picked him up the following day and we couldn't believe the bad shape he was in. He had to have been sick for days!! We are getting him tested by the vet, and are hopeful he will survive what happened to him. They postponed a grooming appointment to make him look better before we brought him home. This dog should have been left alone because of his condition. The grooming job is terrible but I am not surprised since he was so sick. I attached a picture at the time of pick up below. Shame on this place and will never return or recommend. Owner should have called me, not some cheap hired kid with no experience. My dog was definitely not cared for properly and I suspect owner struggles to keep or get good help. I will update with the diagnosis once tests come back. Stay away from this place if you love your pet. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Thankfully, this place completely exceeded our expectations. They accommodated our same-day daycare request without hesitation and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Signing up was quick and simple I just uploaded her vaccine records through their portal and she was ready to go. Throughout the day they sent us update photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, they took such amazing care of our baby girl and treated her like family. Having a facility willing and able to accommodate a Great Dane puppy during our trip was incredible. And then afterwards I noticed that she didn't even trim her face right, her fur on her left side was longer so some of her hair was covering my dog's left eye! And she didn't even trim/grind her nails even! Like how are you a groomer and yet you couldn't even trim a dog's nail properly?? Petco/Petsmart would've done a better job than what I just paid for! This time I had to beg, the tall woman was really difficult to deal with. There was a petite, short lady who was very helpful and there is a woman, taller in stature with dark blonde hair who is extremely rude. I really was hoping this would be a positive visit. I'm giving them three stars because of the helpful lady, who was petite. It's unfortunate, they don't take appointments for nail trims.
