My daughter was creative with her pursuit of happiness and sought out opportunities to work with other people's dogs. She began taking relatives' dogs to obedience classes hosted by Amanda. Amanda was patient and kind with Lilly as she developed her skills. She inspired her to join 4-H dog club and pursue dog agility. Over the last six months, our family has developed excellent skills and we have become rescue owners to an amazing dog. We took the leap and had Simon trained with Amanda before bringing him home. For 21 days, we received videos, text messages and updates about Simons progress. As we welcome and adjust with him, Amanda continues to work with us and our skills as we embark on this journey. I highly recommend her class and obedience training programs for anyone considering pet adoption. Amanda is excellent at training dogs and their humans. It's a partnership that requires training on both parts. Amanda understands that and works patiently with both.

But right off the bat i felt she had an attitude problem but i decided to walk in & give it a shot anyway...that was a mistake! Walked in, waited a few minutes... she attempted to put my puppy up on the table to do her nails... my puppy is 9 months old & a little squirmy but you'd think she'd be able to handle it since that's what she does for a living. Boy was i wrong... She told me to step away from my dog. Excuse me?! My puppy felt her negative energy and vibe so she did not want the women to do her nails. I should have listened to my instincts from the initial phone call. The women is VERY crabby and UNFRIENDLY! Not sure how she stays in business and deals with people and their pets. I will never let her touch my puppy again. (I am wording this as nice as possible) but DO NOT bring your pets here. She's a cranky, unfriendly Karen! I would give 0 stars if i could.

Thankfully, this place completely exceeded our expectations. They accommodated our same-day daycare request without hesitation and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Signing up was quick and simple I just uploaded her vaccine records through their portal and she was ready to go. Throughout the day they sent us update photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, they took such amazing care of our baby girl and treated her like family. Having a facility willing and able to accommodate a Great Dane puppy during our trip was incredible. We're so thankful we found them, and honestly what started as a last resort ended up being one of the best parts of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and reliable dog daycare!

I picked up my dog and her hair was SHORT and her fur on her tail was nearly gone! She looks like a rat! And then afterwards I noticed that she didn't even trim her face right, her fur on her left side was longer so some of her hair was covering my dog's left eye! And she didn't even trim/grind her nails even! Like how are you a groomer and yet you couldn't even trim a dog's nail properly?? Petco/Petsmart would've done a better job than what I just paid for! If you're looking for that "At home" cut-- then this would be your place to go! Never again!

The nail trimming service is on a first come first serve basis. This is my second visit, I medicated my dog, prior to going ... I was hoping this would avoid any problems, like last time. My dog has anxiety, when it comes to trimming her nails. Like my previous/first visit I asked for my dog to be muzzled, prior to going back. Last time they wouldn't, it was disastrous. This time I had to beg, the tall woman was really difficult to deal with. There was a petite, short lady who was very helpful and there is a woman, taller in stature with dark blonde hair who is extremely rude. I really was hoping this would be a positive visit. I'm giving them three stars because of the helpful lady, who was petite. It's unfortunate, they don't take appointments for nail trims. It would've been a lot less stressful for all parties involved.
