You can't tell me she was - as their website states - treated with the utmost respect and care after their transition from this world when now I realize my poor sweet girl who hated nothing more than the cold - was kept in a freezer over a week. Heartless and cruel rather than dignified and decent. Drive another hour to the valley for companies that will keep their word in the last hours of your pet on this earth.

My…read morepuppy had no training to speak off when I got him so I was in desperate need of training to include house training as my puppy was not house trained and we all know puppies will go when they to go. I acclimated with my puppy before I let him go to "puppy school". I was given a reasonable rate as he was going to be trained in house. I could not have asked for the best trainer, Natasha set up a neutral place to transfer my puppy to her capable hands. During training, I received a daily "report card and short video about Sarge "my puppy's progress. That in itself showed just how much he got the training in a short span of time, so I was eagerly waiting everyday for his "report card". I was amazed. When his three week training was done and I passed my "training test" to see how Sarge would respond to my voice commands and was amazed at how he quickly adapted to commands coming from me even though I hadn't brought him home yet. Natasha put me through my paces to ensure I knew how and when to give commands and what to do if commands were not met on first try. I could never thank Natasha enough for the incredible job she did in training my puppy. Once home, he has been such a different and disciplined dog. Sarge is so eager to play wants to be put through his paces. I would so very highly recommend United Canine to anyone who needs dog training. Natasha is amazing. Natasha, Sarge says bark, bark and thank you. Also, I used their boarding services because I know my dog is being cared for when I have to leave town for a few days. Maybe you have tried kennels or dog "resorts" and don't like that they charge for every extra "service," such as feeding your dog's own food during their stay, administering their own meds, or giving them individualized attention outside of their kennel, which, by the way, is only about 20 minutes a day. If you don't pay the extra fee your dog is stuck in their run 24/7 with no one-on-one human interaction. Wouldn't you rather pay one fee and know all those things are already included? Wouldn't it give you peace of mind knowing your dog can play with another dog or human anytime he wants to, and as often as he wants to - in a real home, no less? We decided that our dog, Bodie, needed professional dog training because he was extremely fearful…read more He would not even go in our backyard if he heard noises outside like a trash truck or neighbors kids playing. He was also extremely afraid of any objects coming into the home such as packages or anything really - causing him to run and bark. At the time I was only a few months away from having our first child and I was worried that with Bodie's fearful tendencies he would inadvertently hurt our child. After speaking with Caitlin on the phone, she was confident that she would be able to help. We enrolled Bodie in the boarding program - and it was the best thing that we could have ever done for him! I loved getting to see daily video updates of Bodies progress. He made so much progress so quickly!! My dreams have now come true thanks to Caitlin and Jordan! I am now able to bring Bodie on walks with my stroller and he is extremely well behaved and ignores distractions such as trash trucks, dogs barking at him, etc.. just today I brought him on a walk and put him in "place" and dropped the leash while I loaded up my baby and stroller in the car and he waited patiently in the grass nearby. That was a must for it to be fair to the dog and for us to truly enjoy the next 10+ years together. We did a lot of reading on training basics and puppy care and implemented what we could once we brought Winston home. We knew he was a great puppy with so much potential--but also that if we wanted to do things right the way we had envisioned, we needed professional help. And we needed it soon. We are incredibly grateful to have found Heel, Sit, Stay in our search for a dog trainer. One of the main reasons we chose to work with Cait and Jordan was that they run a small, family-owned business. They genuinely love what they do and are personable, professional, friendly, and excellent communicators. Initially, we planned to work with Cait through a four-lesson private training package. After just our first lesson, however, my husband and I immediately realized that the best course of action would be to enroll Winston in the HSS four-week e-collar board-and-train program--so we pivoted. At that point, walking Winston was nearly impossible. As a four-month-old Lab puppy, it had become so challenging that we had almost given up on walks entirely. After just one lesson with Cait and following her guidance, we were able to walk him again without major struggle. It was nearly unbelievable. Throughout the four weeks Winston trained with Cait and Jordan, we knew he was in excellent hands. We received daily reels showing his progress, along with detailed weekly reports outlining what they were working on, his improvements, and any challenges. It was amazing to follow his journey and see not only his development, but how much he genuinely enjoyed the program. When Winston returned home, we spent an entire hour with Cait as part of the four complimentary follow-up lessons included with the program. She thoroughly taught us how to use the e-collar and answered all of our questions. Within days, we met with both Cait and Jordan for another follow-up lesson to review our progress, learn additional training tips, and continue building our skills. Just days after Winston graduated, we took him to Riparian Nature Park on an extremely busy day filled with families, dogs, and bike riders. We walked leisurely for a full hour without a single issue. The difference was night and day compared to our previous attempt there before the program--we were in awe. At the time of writing this review, we have just completed our third follow-up lesson with Cait. We even took the training into Hobby Lobby, which was both a productive refresher and a great way to continue building our dog-handling skills in a real-world environment. Beyond the invaluable training, we truly appreciate Cait's willingness to share her expertise whenever questions come up. She is always gracious about responding to texts or taking a call, and we genuinely feel supported on this journey. I left my dog at DPO in AZ City for 10 days recently, but had left him prior with no problems. One…read moreday before pick up, I received a call from a boy telling me my dog was sick and had diarrhea and blood coming from his rectum. The boy stumbled to speak and down played how sick my dog was. We picked him up the following day and we couldn't believe the bad shape he was in. He had to have been sick for days!! We are getting him tested by the vet, and are hopeful he will survive what happened to him. They postponed a grooming appointment to make him look better before we brought him home. This dog should have been left alone because of his condition. The grooming job is terrible but I am not surprised since he was so sick. I attached a picture at the time of pick up below. Shame on this place and will never return or recommend. Owner should have called me, not some cheap hired kid with no experience. My dog was definitely not cared for properly and I suspect owner struggles to keep or get good help. I will update with the diagnosis once tests come back. Stay away from this place if you love your pet. Wish I could rate 0 stars.
