I can't say enough about this place! We had an emergency with our 2 year old cat at 3:30 in the…read moremorning. We rushed here and ended up having to put our boy down. We were treated with such care - as this was such an unexpected situation. They didn't make the service about money at all - and everything was VERY reasonable. The staff was absolutely amazing. Immediately brought us in to check on our cat and broke everything down. While this wasn't what we were hoping for, they made it easier to digest. We received a card in the mail today from all of the workers and they personally signed us a card. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else with how abrupt our situation was - and I can't thank them enough for helping us during one of the most challenging times in our lives. We drove to this location for the reviews online and I'm glad we listened. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

They are careless and endanger pets or worse kill them like they did Sirena 3-3-26. Also Stephany the manager helps to cover it up and will belittle you. Read the reviews I'm not the only one who has had this experience. A man had to bury his best friend in one. A woman almost lost her kitty in another, took them to court and a judge ruled the vet was not fit for practice suspended license for a year. Read the reviews. Almost a quarter of them are the same thing. Sirena's life was taken because they failed to run appropriate tests including xray to determine and diagnose. They lead to her getting worse not better and then administered incorrect dosage for sedation and pain management leading to death. They failed to properly supervise her under anesthesia. They failed to inform me of any risks, alternatives, or the prognosis of the treatment. They lied on the report several times falsifying what happened so they could be unaccountable. This place did not care about the consequences of taking a life nor what it does to a family after the fact. Sirena was a victim and this will happen again unless you don't give them the chance. My Sirena was with me everyday for 4 years and trusted me to take care of her and I let her down going to this place. She deserved better! It breaks my heart reliving being at Gilbert Queen Creek emergency veterinarian and specialist center. I know Sirena would be alive today if I had gone elsewhere. Crystal the hospital director called 5/1/26 offering 300$ "on the books" saying they could have done better. I will never go back to Gilbert queen creek emergency veterinarian. I was shocked she would even insinuate that I would. The grief of losing Sirena and having conversations with these people mentally and physically takes a toll on me. If Sirena was given critical care, the right care from the right specialist, she would be alive today.

I've been coming to QC Veterinary Clinic in Queen Creek for about 9 months now after previously…read moreleaving for about 4 years. I originally stopped going due to some concerns I had at the time with the older facility and decided to take my pets elsewhere. Since then, they have reorganized and renovated, and I can honestly say my experience has been very positive since returning. The staff is friendly, the pricing feels reasonable, and they offer a lot of support and guidance whenever I have questions. I recently brought my dog Luna in to discuss a spay procedure, and I felt like all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I left feeling very comfortable and confident moving forward with her care. One of the biggest advantages is their hours--they are open late and also on weekends, which is incredibly convenient compared to most veterinary offices that are only open standard 9-5 hours with limited Fridays. I also really appreciate the wellness plan. Even though I also have pet insurance, the wellness plan covers a lot of routine exams and even things like nail trims, which makes visits quick and easy since I just request it each time. There was an issue when my puppy was first seen, but I have to give credit where it's due--they addressed it properly, corrected the situation, and ultimately regained my trust. No place is perfect, but overall I feel confident and comfortable continuing to bring my puppy here moving forward.

We initially trusted this clinic with our dog's diabetes diagnosis and treatment, and while the…read morediagnosis itself was made promptly, the follow-up care and communication have been very disappointing. Managing diabetes requires timely guidance and support, especially in the early weeks. Unfortunately, we experienced long gaps in communication, unable to even talk directly to a vet and receiving delayed messaged through reception staff, limited direction on dosing adjustments, and difficulty getting responses when we had urgent questions about blood glucose readings. At this point, we have not heard from anyone in two weeks now, confirming our decision to seek help elsewhere. This lack of support made an already stressful situation significantly more overwhelming, and ultimately led us to transition care to a specialist. Since doing so, the difference in communication and proactive management has been substantial. We share this feedback in hopes that future clients navigating a new diagnosis--especially something as involved as diabetes--receive more consistent guidance, clearer communication, and timely follow-up. So disappointing.

I am new to the area and made an appt. based on recommendations from a FB Group…read more I found that the facility was clean and had caring Vets and Vet Techs. Appointment availability was not a problem, got in the next day. Went in for initial wellness check and canine influenza booster shot. My pup, Benny, was very relaxed and responded well to the facility, vet and vet tech. I loved that I got a follow-up text the day after our visit. Pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to return if it was necessary.

I signed up for a wellness plan. Lovet told me all the things it included. Like dental, shots,…read morediscounts on medication, and other various things. The items that were not explained to me was that you can't just cancel the plan anytime. Your pet has to die or move far enough away then they will allow a cancellation. So I initially went in because my dogs anal glands were needing to be expelled. So I got medication and that procedure done. Then I was told that my dog probably needed some dental work and that it's included in the plan. So I set up an appointment for that. They told me the only extra cost would be if they needed to extract a tooth. Of course when the time came they said one needed to be extracted. I asked specifically, prior to the appointment, how much an extraction would cost. They wouldn't give me a price and said it just depends. During surgery though, I got the call saying one needed to be extracted and that it would cost such and such dollars because it was estimated to take about 10-15 minutes to extract. She quoted me a price that was PER MINUTE rate. So they indeed know how much they charge, just not exactly how long it will take to extract each tooth. But they could have told me an estimate for different teeth. Such as a molar normally takes 10-15 minutes and they charge by the minute to extract the teeth. But no, they wait until they have the dog under anesthesia and asleep to put the pressure on you to extract a tooth and not give you any time to think about it. So now I'm not using the services and my dog doesn't always stay with me so I requested to cancel my membership. They told me the dog has to either be dead or move a certain distance away for them to cancel. So I sent in the cancellation paperwork. I sent it in on February 17 and I just heard back today March 28, 2026 on their decision. They said they would allow me to cancel but I have to pay for the rest of the dental procedure cost, which was 595$ dollars. This is 900 dollars minus 4 monthly payments. So they said I can keep the plan for another 6 months and then I can reapply to cancel and by then I would have paid off the remaining balance. All of this was not told to me when signing up. In fact I never received any physical or electronic agreement/terms. I know I signed something at the office but this was also done in a quick manor as I was paying for the bill for my dogs visit. You know, the whole you can save this much if you sign up for this plan type deal. I just feel like this is bad business practices and very scam/buyer beware type of thing. So now I'll have a wellness plan for my dog for the next 6 months but I'll never bring my dog back there. Such an untrustworthy and very bad business practices.
