I've been here before but this time was different. They definitely have upgraded their staff. I was greeted by Izzy while waiting to see the Doctor. She was extremely pleasant and efficient. The staff took my dog back and gave her a new splint. Dr. Liz was a breath of fresh air!! Down to earth and extremely honest. I will be making Revel Vet my go to veterinary clinic from here on.

The staff at Revel is amazing. I was able to get in same day for an issue my pup was having and he's a scared little guy. They were very understanding to his needs and so patience with him. They even helped us to the car. Highly recommend!

I love revel vet so much I shared it on Nextdoor.

They got him in that day and over the course of 3 visits a week apart, healed his badly scratched cornea. So then when my little female Pomeranian had a problem with limping that didn't get taken care of by my original vet, I brought her to this same clinic. They found what was causing the limp and are treating her. They got me in quickly, there was not a long wait in the waiting room, which I'd experienced at the other vet and find stressful for myself and my dog, and everyone was wonderful. Yesterday my little boy was so ill, they drew blood, urine, and sent me home with pain meds for him. They quickly diagnosed that he was in a diabetic crisis (my wording, not theirs), called me since we'd left already, and they explained he neededd to go immediately to an emergency vet to get a large amount of IV fluids and insulin. Due to his advanced age - 14 - I decided after consulting with Dr. Getty that it was time to let him cross the rainbow bridge. Even as busy as they were they fit me in almost immediately. They quickly found a room for me to wait in, explained what would happen, and did everything they could to make both me and my sweet boy comfortable. Monika and Dr. Getty were so very kind, caring, and compassionate. They stayed with me with my little guy went to sleep and were careful to let me know I could sit with him until I was ready to leave. Once I was ready, they led me out a side door so I didn't have to go through the waiting room, which was very kind. I can't recommend this vet practice highly enough. I'd give them 100 stars if that was possible! Don't hesitate to take your cherished pet to this veterinary practice. My dogs have been seen by 3 vets and their tech here and everyone has been fantastic. The office staff is also wonderful and as kind and caring as the rest of the staff.

I originally stopped going due to some concerns I had at the time with the older facility and decided to take my pets elsewhere. Since then, they have reorganized and renovated, and I can honestly say my experience has been very positive since returning. The staff is friendly, the pricing feels reasonable, and they offer a lot of support and guidance whenever I have questions. I recently brought my dog Luna in to discuss a spay procedure, and I felt like all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I left feeling very comfortable and confident moving forward with her care. One of the biggest advantages is their hours--they are open late and also on weekends, which is incredibly convenient compared to most veterinary offices that are only open standard 9-5 hours with limited Fridays. I also really appreciate the wellness plan. Even though I also have pet insurance, the wellness plan covers a lot of routine exams and even things like nail trims, which makes visits quick and easy since I just request it each time. There was an issue when my puppy was first seen, but I have to give credit where it's due--they addressed it properly, corrected the situation, and ultimately regained my trust. No place is perfect, but overall I feel confident and comfortable continuing to bring my puppy here moving forward.

Managing diabetes requires timely guidance and support, especially in the early weeks. Unfortunately, we experienced long gaps in communication, unable to even talk directly to a vet and receiving delayed messaged through reception staff, limited direction on dosing adjustments, and difficulty getting responses when we had urgent questions about blood glucose readings. At this point, we have not heard from anyone in two weeks now, confirming our decision to seek help elsewhere. This lack of support made an already stressful situation significantly more overwhelming, and ultimately led us to transition care to a specialist. Since doing so, the difference in communication and proactive management has been substantial. We share this feedback in hopes that future clients navigating a new diagnosis--especially something as involved as diabetes--receive more consistent guidance, clearer communication, and timely follow-up. So disappointing.

A woman almost lost her kitty in another, took them to court and a judge ruled the vet was not fit for practice suspended license for a year. Read the reviews. Almost a quarter of them are the same thing. Sirena's life was taken because they failed to run appropriate tests including xray to determine and diagnose. They lead to her getting worse not better and then administered incorrect dosage for sedation and pain management leading to death. They failed to properly supervise her under anesthesia. They failed to inform me of any risks, alternatives, or the prognosis of the treatment. They lied on the report several times falsifying what happened so they could be unaccountable. This place did not care about the consequences of taking a life nor what it does to a family after the fact. Sirena was a victim and this will happen again unless you don't give them the chance. My Sirena was with me everyday for 4 years and trusted me to take care of her and I let her down going to this place. She deserved better! It breaks my heart reliving being at Gilbert Queen Creek emergency veterinarian and specialist center. I know Sirena would be alive today if I had gone elsewhere. Crystal the hospital director called 5/1/26 offering 300$ "on the books" saying they could have done better. I will never go back to Gilbert queen creek emergency veterinarian. I was shocked she would even insinuate that I would. The grief of losing Sirena and having conversations with these people mentally and physically takes a toll on me. If Sirena was given critical care, the right care from the right specialist, she would be alive today.

After paying nearly $2,000, we were given a diagnosis that turned out to be incorrect. Shortly after, we took him to another veterinarian, where they were able to correctly identify his condition right away. By that point, his condition had worsened significantly, and he required an emergency blood transfusion. Tragically, not long after, he suffered another episode and passed away. It is incredibly difficult to process not only the loss of our dog, but also the possibility that the time we had left with him may have been shortened due to an incorrect diagnosis and delayed treatment. I did reach out to the clinic directly. They responded but stated they do not believe there was a misdiagnosis and will not be offering any compensation. I'm sharing this so other pet owners are aware and can make informed decisions about where they seek care. This was a devastating experience for our family, and I would not want anyone else to go through something similar.

Upon completion of the checkup, the vet informed me that she suspected he also had an anal gland infection, in addition to the ear infection, and was told he would need to take an additional oral antibiotic as well. After getting home, I gave him the medication, which immediately initiated an anaphylactic reaction and required me to rush him to the emergency vet. I understand that medical opinions differentiate, but the emergency vet did a follow up evaluation and did not understand the preliminary diagnosis nor endorse the medication that was used. 2 weeks later, and I can confirm that he did not have an anal gland infection to begin with. I discussed with the vet after all was said and done, and simply requested a reimbursement for the antibiotic that causes this reaction (that he was unable to use) and she would not budge. I am incredibly thankful that he is okay, but this entire situation was very avoidable to begin with. Look elsewhere.
