I had…read morealready had the SSD money transfered to my regular checking with the social security office, thus removing my repayee. I found the letter from my doctor and handed it to the teller. The teller was happy about the letter until the manager came over and said that I needed a letter from social security. Can't see they see that social security approved the transfer? The SSD money is going into my regular checking. I honestly think they just don't want to close the account because it makes them look bad. Horrible bank. They also like to make up holidays when ever they feel like it so they can have off. Bunch of liberals!

There have been two different times over my lifetime of 69 years that my accounts have been the subject of fraudulent behavior and not connected to this bank. However The Dime Bank said due to my behavior losing so many of my cards, I represented a risk to the bank of possible loss of funds, deactivated my debit card and refuses to issue me another. What a problem with this credit union, I was a customer for about 10 years, had file bankruptcy on…read moreJuly 15 they recieved the bankruptcy notice but when my attorney call them because on August 1st they still charged me for a loan payment they claim they had not recieved the notice mistakenly had used their credit card on August 3 2025 now in November 2025 they have their attorney contact my attorney to say that I was using the cc after the bankruptcy was file , we'll it was mistakenly done to resume this all first they lied saying they didn't recieve the bankrupt notice second after they recieved the notice in july15 the still took out a loan payment in August, and did not returned entirely the amount taken now3 months later they tell their layer that I still use their cc in August so overall this credit union cannot be trusted and it shows how accurate their accountability is don't risk your hard earn money in a place like this it is not worth it, thank you 570 299 9530 I am only saying the truth a retired military with honors and a Christian will not ever lie
