This branch lacks professionalism. I have been trying to open two accounts with this bank. The…read morefirst appointment was cancelled day off by the back because they required paperwork which they failed to inform me. The second appointment last 5 minutes because once again they failed to inform me that they required more documentation. In between I have called, left voicemails, and sent emails with no response. I dealt with both Martha Z and the branch manager. All they could say was "I'm sorry" as if that was to fix the month I have lost trying to get these accounts going so I could get my businesses up and running. Very disappointed and displeased with this branch and the financial employees.

The check was dated 6/19, the borough did not process the check until 6/25, thus accruing a late fee. This is not the first time this has happened. Either PNC needs to allow processing less than six days or the borough needs to be more timely on their end to process payments.

I wouldn't give them 1 star. I've done business with quite a few banks in my 40 years and can say with 100% accuracy that PNC Bank is the worst bank in the business. As soon as you enter the building you are met by a woman with a clipboard asking you what you want. You tell them and they refer you to call a phone number. You call that number they gave you and it turns out to be a fax number. Then you go back and they say they can't help you and give you the right number. Only that isn't the right number either. They act like your there to rob the place. The worst customer service I've ever received from a bank and it wasn't even called "service". It's like don't come in my building you can do everything on line or by calling a phone number.

I'd like EVERYONE to know I contacted Citizens Bank, NA regarding an incident that occurred MAY…read more5TH, 2021 and had the matter escalated to their corporate offices. I have tried following up on the matter every week since and STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE! I was told that allegedly a person named Melissa from their corporate offices was assigned to the case and given a confirmation # of CFG00742929. THREE WEEKS LATER & STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL as promised by the NUMEROUS reps I've spoken to since May 5th. Incidentally, each time I called Citizens Bank it took up to as much as an hour to finally speak with a rep (who was invariably from outside the USA.) Moral: I'm sure my experience speaks for itself and anyone would agree the CUSTOMER SERVICE at CITIZENS BANK is NOT ABOUT THE "CITIZEN." A MINUS 10 STAR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

The answers to my questions left me confused. 2nd person, her english was so broken that unfortunately she was of no help to me. 3rd person, branch manager of my actual branch was so manic I actually asked her if she was too busy to talk to me. She did not ask my name so it was a challenging conversation. They are called "Citizens Bank" ironic. Apparently, asking "does this make any sense to you?" is not an answerable question.
