By talking on a regular schedule, Dale has helped me create accountability structures that work for me, while also checking in to see if my day-to-day routines, including rewarding myself for accomplishments, are working and what I can improve. Knowing I will be talking to Dale nudges me to meet the goals I set for myself, and when I miss them, his approach is constructive and forward looking. He is a caring and upbeat coach who helps to keep me on task to be the professional I aim to be.
