When I first spoke with Jared, he sold me on his promise to always be available to answer any questions. As someone going through the home buying experience for the first time, this was very important to me. During work hours, he answered all of my emails within minutes. This was very convenient as it allowed me to keep the momentum going on the sale without much of an interruption in my day. There are so many parties involved and so many moving parts when buying a house. Jared is extremely organized and nudged people along whenever necessary.
