Most ignorant people, terrible customer service, management told me to close the account if I don't like it. Wow! We've had nothing but issues since we opened up our account there over 2 years ago. read more

Emailed the customer account specialist with questions about my account I just opened and never got a response. Called the number on the business card and I entered the 4 digit extension which the phone system would not accept. Called the customer helpline. Waited 35 minutes b4 someone answered. I enrolled in text and email alerts for pos transactions and still have not received any alerts even though I used my card. I am seriously considering taking my money elsewhere. By the way, the office I am referring to in the opening statements is the carbondale office. The service is unacceptable. read more
