would not recommend this bank for anyone to bank with. They placed a hold on a deposit and when I called to see what happened 2 different managers on 2 separate occasions reviewed it and stated they didn't see anything wrong and they can't see why it should be a hold. Both submitted claims to get everything released but it's going on day 5 and nothing. When I sold my house last year I had the same type of deposits with Bank of America for over 90k and it cleared 1/2 in a day and the rest in 3 days and this deposit with TD bank was for under 6k. The worst bank experience ever. No method to the process. Takes forever. 3 people in line and we were waiting 1/2 hour each. Two cars to every one customer. I'm switching banks. Either they hire more tellers or they should shut down. I'd rather watch grass grow. read more

I go to the area for summers only and have to say, it is a damn shame about this TD Bank. They took out the one in Liberty, which is about a 15 min drive away. This makes this branch even more crowded. On the occasions, I have gone in there has been either only one teller for walk-up customers and the drive-thru or one for walk-ups and one for drive-thru, with 3 or 4 people sitting at their desks staring at computers. Definitely not the fault of the tellers, they are working as hard and fast as possible, branch manager and others need to get it in gear. It should not take 40-45 mins to get my banking needs taken care of. I've gone to TD Bank branches in the city and have waited less to be seen. read more

They have orchestrated through their management i.e. Nancy to exploit the Vonoraabilty of its customers and charge they are erroneous unsuspected fees two accounts in a fraudulent manner and the management specifically Nancy make sure they do it every opportunity they can avoid this national institution read more
