For many years we've been telling this bank here in Monticello that we need a SECOND ATM. They could care less. This single ATM goes down Saturday afternoon and you have to go the Walmart and hope it isn't too late to buy a $1 item so you can get cash back. Pathetic.....but typical of how bankers see those those of us with real jobs. read more

There ATM is always down. There is never a easy time dealing with chase- always a line out the door

This is a pretty large location for a small town. Parking is ok. ATM is well lit and protected. The people who work here are very nice. read more

one star for consistency ... consistently the worst Chase branch! service is horrific!

If you go to this horribly managed branch. Stay away from Nicole Esclavon. She will make sure to treat you as poorly as possible. Banking with this branch clients beware of Nicole Esclavon. read more

People here are very nice. Unfortunately, they never have enough tellers on so I know to never go in a rush. Over the summer had to wait about 45 min because only 2 tellers were on. GET MORE HELP! read more
