My wife and I have worked with her for many years now and are completely satisfied with her Customer Service, Expertise and Client Protection. A case in point, to prove that she stands behind you, is when she wrote the IRS a letter on her own letterhead, stating the resolution we were going to follow, in order to correct a huge mistake our previous CPA made 2 years running, without our knowledge. Not only was Cindy able to resolve the problem, but because of her letter, the IRS returned the "penalty check" we had already sent in, basically saying, your recent letter explains everything in detail to our satisfaction and we are returning your check, we no longer see an issue. When have you ever heard the IRS giving YOU back money for a mistake that you previously made. Without Cindy's expertise and quick response, my wife and I would have wound up paying thousands of dollars in penalty fees to the IRS. When I say Cindy is on your side, that is an understatement.
