Our impression is that they seem pretty honest. This is a small location owned by a couple that I'd certainly do business with other than coming for defensive driving course. Since drone insurance isn't a common request, I figured I wouldn't get answers until someone researched it. Jose was knowledgeable about drone policies and took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me a quote and was in the process of setting up the policy when he called me back and said it'd be cheaper than he originally thought (I appreciate his honesty). Jose was great at communicating with me and called to keep me updated every step of the way. He had my new policy active the same day that I called. He was thorough in explaining what I needed and didn't need. He went out of his way to be polite and courteous to me. I just need to know who to call to put the claim in. She refused to give me any information or a phone number to call to start the claim. She told the only way I could get any information was if their client call them first. If the client doesn't call them then I'm out of luck, then hung up on me. I got through to a professional that was able to help me. As a business owner I would have fired someone so nasty and unprofessional. I live in the area of their office and might have considered using them. Not anymore.
