    NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Kay Jewelers. My husband was on a promotional payment plan and he had…read more$47 to pay off. In the FINE PRINT they state that you must pay off the FULL amount otherwise you will be charged the full interest of the original cost. So since we were $47 short we were charged $5,200 in interest. We sat on the phone for an hour and a half going back and fourth with customer service and they just kept reading the statements to us and doing nothing to help. We just bought a house and this is going to financially hurt us. So unless you want to be screwed over and talk to robots, I suggest you shop elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.     I had recieved a cross anklet for my birthday from my boyfriend. The chain broke, so i took it…read moreinto the store to have it repaired. #1 complaint, it said in store repair online. Get there i am told nope needs to be sent out. So i have them send it out. A week later it is back. My son picks it up for me, pays the 62.50 charge to fix it. I get home that night, and realize it had been fixed wrong. I call them the next morning and explain that it was fixed wrong. The offer to send it out again at no charge. They had originally told me that anytime you break the chain and resolder it gets weaker. So obviously i am not keen on doing that. They then say bring it in we will exchange it. We will have to order it as it is online exclusive only. So i drive to the nearest Kay. For them to say they have to credit and then recharge the card used to purchase it originally. I wasn't told that, it's not my credit card. And i know from working retail that credits don't hit as quickly as charges. And i don't want to mess with his credit as i don't know where is finances are in regards to his card. They then tell me i can call customer care. So i call there spend over an hr one the phone, most of that time was on hold waiting for someone. I am told by the customer care lady that they should be able to do it without doing anything with his card. I called back 3 days later. Still have no answers for me. Said they would have someone call me back by end of day, no call. Call back today, get disconnected. Called back again, was told.it could take up to 10 days. I was then told its and online exclusive, i am worried that by the time they figure it out it will no longer be available to exchange. The agent agreed that it could happen. She then says she will escalate it, that it could take 24-48 hrs for them to contact me. I am completely not satisfied with the levelmof service. They messed up the repair and now i am getting the run around. Once this is finally resolved. I will never purchase from Kays again. Jennifer L.

    I went in looking to purchase a drone of some sort. I did end up finding one (DJI phantom 3 pro)…read more Next thing you know I test test it out nothing was charged so we had the controller plugged up to see if it woukd just fly. The motors started it up and when I tried to fly it ended up going straight to the ground so the propellers broke. No issue for me so I just said Ill take it. Before they closed they gave me a day to test everything out to make sure everything worked and even now when they reopend the worker there told me if there is an issue, bring it back and we will give you a refund. Turns out to be that the controller only stayed on with the charger plugged in and didnt charge at all. When I go back the next day to get a refund(as I was told would happen) the owner over the phone told me they cant give a refund and hung up. I tried asking if the worker could contact his boss again so we can work something out but just told him he cant talk he is too busy. I woukd think if a customer for your business is needing help with an issue you would find some time. Honestly not the best experience at all and that issue needs to be fixed if a person finds a problem with an item and if they were told they can bring it back they should stick on their word.

The pricing is negotiable on 9/10 things in the store, if what your asking is actually a offer & not you being a lowballer. Great business, I'd recommend and I plan on going back once a week to see what else is on the shelves. P.S. Don't be fooled. They sell a lot more then just electronics.
