This jewelry store is fantastic. They took the time to talk to us about my ring that needed repairs. I had a problem with another store who actually stole my diamond, so I was very leery to leave my ring. They took the time to talk to me, examine my stone, verified my stone, took pictures of the stone and the setting which also had diamonds. They were kind caring and the ring came back looking fantastic. They even did our appraisal and made 2 copies, 1 for insurance and one for our own copy. They were wonderful throughout the whole process. I will definitely use them again not only for repairs but for purchases. Thank you again for everything. Thank you!! Above and beyond!!!! I went in early this past Saturday morning and the amazing team at Rasmussen was already fully engaged w/ patrons. I waited for a turn and watched a unique form of customer service: patience, listening, caring, helping, etc. I didn't mind waiting - the store is beautiful and warmly welcoming. I had an emergency repair request. I was worried they wouldn't be able to tend to it b/c they were already busy on a saturday with customers actually buying that day. I was so wrong. They gladly and gently took my mother's solid gold clip-on earrings and polished and repaired them so they actually clipped onto my niece, as the perfect final touch to a beautiful bride, who was married that afternoon! How proud my mom would be that her first grandchild wore her earrings. All possible due to the fabulous team at Rasmussen. My fiancé gave me his great-grandmother's ring for our engagement and we took it to Rasmussen Diamonds to be resized and to have them do a general check of the ring to ensure that it was in good condition for everyday wear. We were very impressed. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, and took the time to talk to us about what the ring was made of, and to check the stone to make sure everything was as it should be. While the gemologist was examining the ring, we were able to casually look at wedding bands as well, but did not feel at all pressured into buying anything--the staff was nothing but professional and we didn't feel like we were sucked into any sort of sales pitch, which we very much appreciated. The price for the resizing was also fair. Best of all, the ring was scheduled to take just under two weeks to be finished, but it was done in just 6 days (including a weekend and the gold person finishing up a vacation). We were extremely pleased and would recommend Rasmussen Diamonds in the future. read more

Absolutely disappointed. Never felt more belittled or disrespected by anyone in my life!!!! Do not go there unless you want to be disappointed. I've got Pandora from them before and when i took it back to get looked at they questioned weather or not it was real and it was purchased there. I had went here the other day (14th) to get my Valentine's Day gift with my boyfriend. I wish I had gotten her name(she has strawberry blondish hair with highlights, and a tan sweatshirt) the young lady behind the counter greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and asked if she could help us. And boy could she! We had a budget of $100, and only looking for earrings and necklaces, just a couple of teenagers trying to be fancy for once. With me being so picky, it made it difficult to find something I liked, but she put the effort and time into finding the perfect earrings for me! When she offered things, it didn't seem "pushy" or "suggestive selling" I felt she actually wanted me to be happy with what I got. I was worried that since me and my boyfriend are the kind to wear band t-shirts and are only teenagers that we would have gotten ignored, or had felt more displaced; but she who had helped us made us feel normal in such a fancy place.
