A relative referred my aunt to this store and did warn her that the mother/daughter owners were surly and obnoxious. Forewarned. Mother/daughter refused to take down any chandeliers, but brought out a tall step ladder for my 87 year old aunt to use. Wait, it gets worse. No box or wrapping paper for chandelier. No credit cards accepted. The daughter remarked that this is not a transportation company and place the chandelier on your lap and be careful to drive over railroad crossings gently. See you later.
