Though it had been garage kept at our house, the exterior was fairly baked from a summer in the Oklahoma sun while we lived in our RV in Tulsa. There were several recommendations for T-Mac's on Reddit and Yelp, so I went with them. I dropped it off and when I picked it up 24 hours later it was SPOTLESS! They took the TPMS sensors I use when towing it behind my RV and a few other things that had fallen under the seats and bagged them up for me. My dash cam had painters tape over it to prevent any cleaner from damaging it when they worked on windows and mirror. The leather seats were cleaned and conditioned, as was the WeatherTech floor protectors, center console and cup holders. Very happy with their staff, quality and service. I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! Every step of the way, Noah was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He definitely knows his business! He's made a customer for life as we signed up for his regular detail plans on both of our vehicles.
