I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. I love that they take pride in their work and they made our experience very enjoyable! I also love that they are a veteran owned business. I highly recommend their services.

I first emailed her and she responded so quickly to all of my questions. She even went above and beyond to provide me extra pictures that were sent to my phone because it was difficult to capture everything they have in the showroom. I was texting her back and forth and she sent me a lot of pictures and answered every question that I had for the centerpieces that I was interested in. So lets back track to ~ 1 hour after we left our previous yelp review, my fiancee gets a voicemail that CCBS is returning our deposit (Score +1 for yelp!). We check our account and there were no pending transactions or sign our deposit is coming back to us, "oh well", we think, "I'm sure these things take some time". So fast forward to today, my fiancee gets a phone call from the same employee from CCBS who begins yelling at my fiancee because we left a negative yelp review! Fortunately there's a big red button that allows unwanted phone calls to end rapidly. A few minutes later she calls back again! At this point my 2-days-before-wedding-not-stressed-at-all bride had had enough and wasn't going to take the same verbal abuse. Thinking that was the end of that, we get a text from the owner stating our future marriage is already in need of counseling from the owner of CCBS himself. Paid for attendant that did not explain to anyone where to put photos or sign the photo memory book that we also paid extra for. Photo Booth lost power at event then attendant did not reboot booth correctly so guests did not get photos sent to their phones. Attendant closed booth early so guest at end of evening weren't able to get a photos taken in booth. Husband and I never even got a photo together in booth bc as I said she closed booth early.
