I absolutely recommend Dr. Cindy Li for any dermatology and cosmetology question. She has the best hands, and professionalism to answer and handle any need that you have. I can't say enough great things about her to all my family and friends. Every time I have an appointment, I leave the Paramus or Verona office happier and feeling blessed to be able to have her as my dermatologist/cosmetologist. Love love love Dr. Li, and I'm sure you will feel the same. Good luck and make that appointment with Dr. Li now! read more

So I went for skin cancer screening. Dr. Bonney froze a couple and took samples for biopsy. After ten days (10), I called for results. 25 minute wait for a staff member to tell me "looks OK, but he wants you to come in again". Can I speak to Dr. Bonney about my results? "Not at this time". Moving on. read more

I have been visiting the Derm Group for 5 months now. The doctors are great. Very helpful and nice. The receptionists are a different story! Very rude, super unprofessional and disrespectful. I went into the office to see my doctor Jan6,2021 and the woman sitting at the desk named DANEILA HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE. I am a nurse aid in a hospital and know all about being overwhelmed and agitated but that's never something I would show to my patients. As I walked in she was eating at her desk and talking on the phone. I stepped up to her window and asked if I should see her or the lady sitting next to her and she gave me the finger basically telling me to hold on, as she rolled her eyes and started to clean up her food as slowly as possible. I gave her about a minute to clean up her keyboard of crumbs and then got annoyed because I figure now she's just trying to waste my time. She was so rude like acting as if she didn't want to be there. Long story short she tells me to get on the phone with my insurance because their system is down to get a reference number to be seen at my appointment today. I got on the phone, which is her job by the way, walked back up to the desk and found her eating again and on her personal phone while there was a five person line at her other receptionist window. I knocked on the window to find out what she needed while I was on the phone with my insurance company and again she rolled her eyes and said I'm eating. I then said you asked me to call them what do you need so I can check in, I gave her the reference number and then she continued to start eating again that's when I got loud and said are you going to check me in!! She then stood up took her salad as she was still on the phone and said I don't have time for this. I was shocked! Absolutely couldn't believe the attitude she was giving to me as a patient. As someone who's paying. That's her job customer service is what she should be good at. She is not. I did complain to her manager and I was absolutely disgusted. I had to pay my co-pay with the lady next to her because this woman was unable to do her job. She's not nice, she always looks mean, and she has an attitude. I am very upset with the customer service I was represented today as a paying customer. I did speak to the manager Maria who is very nice and hopefully speaks to her staff and Clears this up for everyone in the future. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! read more

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. My mother had an appointment and they refused to treat her. The doctor didn't even come into the room to apologize (Dr. Pandya), knowing that my mother had waited, had her time wasted and was being told by a rude assistant that her appointment was now cancelled. I have been a patient for years and will never go back. read more

My experience was underwhelming. The doctor came off as inexperienced and quick to get the appointment over with. It lasted 6 mins long. I was expecting thorough advice, it didn't feel like she wanted to listen. Unless this is the standard of dermatology service, it felt like the service could've been better. read more

Awful experience!!! Called my insurance carrier to make sure this office took my plan. The agent made an appointment with Dr. Bonney. The Derm Group sent an email to me to fill out my paper work ahead of time along with a picture of my info, which I did so. When I arrived I was informed that they do not take my insurance and that I would have to pay for my visit. I agreed to pay in cash since I felt an urgency to see the doctor and I already took off of work to honor this appointment. The receptionist called the manger who said I could not be seen by the doctor because the appointment needed to be filled by a patient who had a participating insurance. The receptionist also stated that this problem has been happening a lot lately. So the office is aware of the issue and isn't handling it properly. They had my info ahead of time and didn't check it prior to my appointment. No apology for my inconvenience nor was I asked the reason for my visit. The staff at this office is incompetent and does not show an interest in the health and well being of people/patients. read more

Last week I had a MOHS surgical procedure performed by Dr. Marc Glashofer. The procedure went flawlessly and the interaction with the front office staff was great too. I was particularly impressed with the expertise and interpersonal skills that Dr. Glashofer exhibited. He patiently and thoroughly explained everything that he was going to preform and was friendly and engaging throughout the 1 hour or so that we interacted. I highly recommend him. He is an excellent member of the fine team of professionals that Dr. Groisser has assembled in the Dermatology Group. read more

Great service great staff and an awesome guy!HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

I was recommended for a patch test, because I had a forehead breakout, and etiology was unknown. While I did understand that results might not pinpoint allergens, it was not clearly explained by the PA, Andrea. The various allergens were planted, and I was then taped. I was informed that you cannot move, sweat, because the tape comes loose. I found this out the hard way. The tape came loose. The NP, PA, and some unknown person were present, to inform me that the test was"MOOT"..I wore the patch test two days, unable to shower. Andrea did inform me that the tape moved, and the results were inconclusive, but I could shower. I was not pleased, and I was basically abandoned. I had some reactions, and I was not informed what to do about the itching red spots. I was also not informed of who cancelled follow up appointment. I recommend that you seek care someplace else. The staff basically left me to my own devices. I think if you need a dermatologist, you should go someplace else. read more

Went for a routine scan today and waited 1.5 hours; was advised that the doctor was running a little late. Thirty or forty minutes is running late; an hour and a half is unacceptable. I asked for my co-pay back and left. I thought the time when doctors and their staffs took patient time for granted had passed. Plenty of very capable specialists/providers in the area who respect their users' time. Don't go here if you have anything more important to do in life than sit in a waiting room for hours. PS, that single star is only posted because a rating is required. read more

My problem is with the way results are received. There is no secure patient portal, so when they call you and you miss the call, you have to call back and hope that a clinical staff member is available to speak to you. inevitably, they are not, and the phone tag starts. I had two atypical moles removed, and they called me while i was at work. I know the drill, something else will need to be done and another appointment will be involved.I call back, no one was available, and my doctor's team has left for the day. I was told someone would call back. No one did. I was also told my doctor's team got in at 6 A.M. and to call then. I called at 5:45, no one was available. They will call you back, I was told. I mentioned I had to leave for work at 7:30. It is 7:20, and no phone call. If they are going to use this system, they need to employ a staff member dedicated to giving results and calls, and/or give you the option of receiving the results by mall, text or email. I understand the HIPPA law, but would be happy to sign a waiver. This is ridiculous and produces anxiety. read more

Dr. Bonney is an excellent dermatologist. I have been going to him now for 5 years and he is extremely attentive and thorough. He has gone over and beyond to get my prescriptions covered, even by trying several different specialty pharmacies. The reviews on here from people complaining about their prescriptions are ignorant people that do not know how it all works. Him and his staff always make sure to send the pre authorizations and if your prescription still isn't getting covered then you need to speak with your insurance company directly and not cause scenes and tantrums in the office just like I witnessed the other day in the waiting room. I work for an internal medicine doctor and I'm always baffled when patients treat staff like trash because their insurance company won't cover their medication. The doctors and staff do their part, the rest is on your insurance company. Contact your insurance company directly and don't verbally abuse the office after they've done their part. Dr. Bonney is Excellent I recommend you see for yourself! He's worked wonders on my skin. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This was my first and only visit. After my initial visit was over I had to wait 3 weeks to get an answer regarding my prescription. Each time I called they would have me on hold for 20 minutes at a time. The staff was incompetent and didn't do what they were supposed. Used them once but never again! read more

great facility with wonderful staff! I came here because I was having some serious issues and I knew some people that were treated by Dr. Bonney. Unfortunately due to my schedule and the office's schedule I would have needed to wait about 2 weeks to see Dr. Bonney. Therefore I instead was seen by their PA Kristalle and she was so helpful. I got to the office, filled out my medical history, and paid for that day's visit. The wait was short to see her, she was to the point about my condition and potential medication, answered any and all questions that I had without rushing. I have no complaints. I cleared up in about a week and it's all thanks to her. I recommend giving them a try! read more

I saw a lot of bad reviews and was skeptical about taking my 15 year old daughter but we were in a bind and needed someone quickly. Our appointment time was 7am & got there at 6:50am to fill out the registration things which they now use computers instead of paper forms. It was easy enough however some questions I thought really they didn't need for medical necessity but it was quick enough. We were the 1st appt and got taken in at 7:20..not a bad wait time but not sure why there was a wait as we were told she was there. We saw Andrea the PA who was wonderful with us. She didn't rush us. Made sure she answered all our questions, gave several prescriptions which were sent to the pharmacy, & the nurse with out asking came in with a Dr. note in case she was late for school. We had also been worried about time as my daughter had testing at school she couldn't be late for and Andrea made sure we were out office in plenty of time for her to make it. She was very thorough and concerned for her welfare...meaning I didn't feel we were just a number and my son and I are planning to go to her in the future. Also to note our nurse was also very nice and she was the one who thought to bring the Dr. note for school. I would have given 5 starts accept I felt while not rude the receptionist was not as welcoming as the other staff. Also when I called in to make the first appointment the girl was very welcoming and made me want to come in but I forgot to tell something so I called back and the 2nd person was a bit impatient sounding, didn't listen to what I said so I had to repeat it several times...I just felt that everyone should be nice to the patients whether a new one or current one. Over all our experience was really good so I can suggest for those that had long wait times come early in the morning, if you don't like who is speaking to you call back as they have several girls and most are pretty nice as I had to call again today and got a nice person on the phone. read more
