Food came out fairly quickly. Everything was hot. My only gripe - and this applies to most of the diners I've visited - everyone makes their sausage gravy the same way - bland and under seasoned. I can see the bits of sausage in the gravy - but it does not taste "sausagey." I added a good bit of salt, pepper, and hot sauce - to give it some flavor. We were sitting right in front of the kitchen which appeared to be run by a microwave, so that's never a good sign.
