I would have several colds/flus per year that would last for 2-3 weeks. I had tried chiropractic and massage before, but hadn't been told I needed regular care. My sciatic pain and neck stiffness is almost completely gone after 4 years of regular chiropractic care. But the benefit I didn't expect was the training seminars, videos and books offered on nutrition, stress, toxins and exercise. Now, I have been able to bring my ENTIRE health under control. I have learned the principles of healthy nutrition and how to prepare healthy meals for my family.  Through Interval Training-style exercise taught in seminars and videos, I have increased my heart, lung and muscle capacity to be able to participate in intense physical activities and sports and have increased energy for the general tasks and activities of life. I have learned how to significantly decrease toxins in my home and feel better about my home management choices. I love going to Vida Chiropractic!  The staff are warm and friendly from early morning to late evening and greet clients with enthusiasm. I believe that regular chiropractic care is a wise health choice for everyone.  I can take control of my own nutrition, exercise routines, reducing toxins and reducing stress in my life, but I can't adjust my own spine.  Vida Chiropractic has not only adjusted my spine, but given me the tools to take control of my health and the health of my family.

I explained my situation from my rear end accident which I had been suffering for a 1.8 years. I had been going to Chiro, massage, micro needling, physio but with only temporary relief. My headaches were so bad I was living on 8 to 12 Advil a day Just to function with some type of normalcy. I was unable to turn my head side to side, my left shoulder would not allow me to lift anything or even put on a seat belt, unable to hold my arm up, my mid back was in such pain it hurt to breath, my left hip hurt to walk and would not allow me to take stairs. This prevented me from doing any exercising or playing sports that I loved. I seen Brians add on instagram and went to see him right away. He took X-rays of my spine and a nerve scan. He showed me what had happened and put a program together to get my body back to a functional state. Within 5 to 6 treatments my headaches were almost nonexistent I was finally off the Advil and able to sleep through the night. Brian is amazing and caring individual who cares about his patients. He wants to make sure you get back to having your normal way of life pain free. Brian almost has my spine corrected from the accident, my neck is fully functional, my upper & mid back has no pain and I can take a full breath, my left shoulder is pain free and I can lift things out of the cupboard and put my seat belt on. My left hip there is still some work to do but is feeling way better than it was. I opted looking for a chiropractor because I was looking for someone who would work with me to ensure a quality of life for many years to come. I found that person in Dr. Sue at Holroyd Family Chiropractic. Her adjustments have made me feel great, increased my energy and she has a solid understanding of my needs and goals to be a healthy and active for years to come. One of the quotes I read at the office was "we are not living longer we are dying longer". I do not want to be that. I believe that working with Dr. Sue will help to ensure that I enjoy vitality for many years to come. When I arrive for an adjustment she is all smiles and asked what have I been doing( mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, skiing), did I fall and where is the discomfort. She keeps me all good. My uncle lived here for the last couple of years of his life, and just recently has passed away…read more Every time I was here visiting him I was blown away by the cleanliness of the facilities, and the bright airy atmosphere of the home. It feels less like a hospital facility and more like a comforting home. I love that outside of every resident's room they have their picture, with their name decorated out the front. Such a sweet touch. The nurses and staff here, who I dealt with anyway, were always incredibly patient and kind I heard them deal with some interesting situations over the years my uncle was there, but they always handled every situation with graciousness and kindness. They treated my uncle with love and respect, and yet were always very honest and transparent with us when we needed them to be. I'm very thankful that his last couple of years were spent surrounded by such good people in a place with so much freedom but so much care. Thank you for all you guys do.
