Transactions usually a terrific experience. Only once did I pay for a golf club that was later discovered to be out-of-stock. Within 8 hours the error was admitted, I got an immediate refund and an apology gift was mailed to me, a box of golf balls. I live in California. Shipping is always on time. My purchases arrive on the promised dates. I'm a loyal customer.

I will say the bathrooms and table areas as well as the courses were super clean but the price is pretty steep for what you get. Like everyone else said, the courses are pretty much identical and yes you get unlimited play but who wants to go through again? it's a pretty small area. Also the fact that there's barely any shade anywhere is insane to me. My biggest complaint was the food and the happy hour. We got nachos and we asked for sour cream on the side. It was literally liquid. Like a cup of milk I'm not exaggerating. I went back down to explain and ask for a different one and was met with blank stares and no words. She just walked off then brought back an identical cup of liquid cream.... Again no words. It would have been fine if she had said "it looks like this one is pretty liquidy as well. Sorry about that not sure what's going on with the sour cream" or "actually our sour cream is more like a crema". Instead I just had to wait to be brought back the exact same consistency of sour cream. Just very weird. Mind you we are the only ones there eating at this time. There are maybe two other couples playing on the course so it's not like it was busy. We went on a Tuesday afternoon. As we played, on the screen they advertised a happy hour Mondays-Thursday 3:00-6:00. It was Tuesday at 3:05. We tried to order said happy hour just to be met yet again with blank stares and then after they went to the back then came back to the front, we were told that's not available at college town locations .... Okay that's fine but why would it be advertised here at this location?? Was it enjoyable? Yes but mostly because of the company. Do I think it's worth the price? During the day I'd say no.

The food is gross, the course is ugly now, and the pool and the lake are horribly managed. I've talked to some of their low tier workers like servers and lifeguards and apparently they're not getting paid right and some of the lifeguards aren't even certified which is a total liability. This place is a joke now compared to what it used to be with Jack Warner. With the amount of money going into this place you'd expect it to be nicer but it's not. Which makes you question where all the money is going. My guess is that there is some serious money laundering going on or some embezzlement going on behind closed doors between Adam Cash and Andy Turner.

However Rama Jama's might have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with food quality. I genuinely can't imagine how someone would look at that hotdog and serve it to a customer. It wasn't even burnt from a grill I'm pretty sure this hotdog was being boiled since they opened. On top of that it cost 19 dollars for a black hotdog, a burger, and a side of fries (that don't come with the meal you have to pay extra). They also charge 3 dollars for water throughout the whole venue. All in all, make sure you eat and drink before you come.

I did not get the chance to visit the stores, but I definitely will come back and visit soon. I came to the Venue for the Margarita Festival. It is a decent sized area that has nice seating and a small stage. The parking area is somewhat small, but luckily we were able to park next door and walk over. I will say for this hot summer day, I wish the Venue would've offered a few additional things: They didn't have enough shading. The only shad I noticed was under awnings and from the trees. I noticed that some of the picnic tables and chairs had umbrellas, but not all of them. Also I didn't see any misting areas and/or watering areas. They could do like they do at the ALABAMA games and have a huge cooler with the cheap cups and offer free water during events. Especially since this was an outside festival, water was definitely needed as I also didn't see where you could purchase water. Nonetheless, the Venue is a nice spot for events. I will have to look at their site to become more acquainted and see if they have any other events here.

Now they are the worst, period, end of story. The greens are waffle surfaced and under watered. This late in the Fall the greens are not expected to improve until next Summer. We've been told The LInks just reported its greatest profit return ever in its history, yet Links management has chosen to raise the yearly price by $200. With poor mowing, poor trimming, poor watering, poor mature/dead tree maintenance, workers asleep on their mowers for an hour or so (documented by pictures), a willow forest growing in the former 80-acre lake almost too tall to hit over, and waffle surfaced greens, members are embarrassed to invite guests to play at The Links.

Under two separate names: QuickShipGolf being the one with the most sales. I have bought more than 50 items at super discounted prices over the past 10 years. Out of those purchases there have been a few sale snags and disappointments. Like I win eBay auction and get a message that the item is out of stock. I automatically get a quick refund. They send me a consolation prize of 6 golf balls as an apology. What I suspect is that they sell the item in the brick 'n mortar store and don't get around to deleting the eBay listing fast enough. Oh well, crap happens. I don't fault them with rancor because they usually have 1,000's of items for sale on-line. If you're a cheapskate, like me, check out the eBay store. Most auctions start at $14.99 and finish at 40% lower price than other stores.
