We missed it and stood in the convenience store line until we figured out out. Note: You then pay in that line anyway. Beyond that experience, everything worked well. They have a fast assembly line, cranking out hot chicken cutlets for whoever so orders, so you won't be waiting long. (btw I don't believe Boars Head is great quality food. But it's everywhere. Hence the hot order.) Good quantities for the price, keep in mind they will add tax before ringing you up at the counter. With other foods like quesadillas and 24/7 operation, I'll give the deli a solid 4 stars should you find yourself on 9A.

I've had misadventures of all kinds with Walgreens…read morePharmacy in Stony Point, but I am sharing my most recent, happening now, because having been on hold for 40 mins before I was disconnected, and waiting for 15 mins now since I called back, it seems to be a productive way to spend my time. Initially, I waited patiently while being told there were more than 3 callers ahead of me, I got down to 1 caller ahead of me before the call went dead. I'm down to one caller ahead of me again, now? What will happen? Oh, the suspense. It's now been one hour since I first called. I would love not to need to call, but the last time the same dr called in a prescription, I kept being told they never received it, until they found that the pharmacist took the call but never filled the prescription. Just one other misadventure. I need to know if this prescription is being filled. Even if after hours it's not ready,I just need to know that they have it! I don't blame the staff. This can't be pleasant for them, either. I don't think they are in charge of the phone system, or even managing customer service, but something is not working, so knowing that does not help much. A person!! Yay!!!!!!! Hallelujah!! But wait!! They can't find the prescription. There is no doubt that it was called in. My head hurts. Too late to do anything about it tonight. Still on my list for tomorrow. : / Very nice man.. but how can I feel good about another painfully frustrating Walgreens experience? Yeah. I can't.

Pharmacy is terrible. Takes forever to fill a prescription…read more. i call it in to save time because going there will be pointless.. when i arrive about 2-3 hours later, it still isn't ready. EVERY TIME. Last time i went to pick up my daughters prescription (days after doctor sent it through), the pharmacist asks me if i have a baby.. (bizarre) I say yes, and she procedes to give me three OTHER prescriptions for me, but never the ones for my daughter. I guess it was my fault for not checking before i drove away, but getting home to see i have to go back again is a bit aggravating. It wouldnt of been so bad if things like this never happened.. but this is unfortunately an every-time occurance.

I am so angry and upset I felt compelled to share my story. Today I had the most horrible customer…read moreservice experience at CVS in Stony Point. I went to make a return of 3 boxes of Christmas Lights and a Box of Hallmark Christmas Cards. All unopened and all on the same receipt of self checkout. For some crazy reason, the box of Christmas Cards on the receipt did not scan correctly when I made the purchase. Unbeknownst to me until I went to make the return, not only was I charged $20.49 for Christmas cards that were $17.49, they outright refused to make the return. When I asked to have them check the Christmas cards, they said they couldn't compare them as they are all sold out, even though it says clearly on the receipt what item I purchased. I spent over an hour of my time waiting on two managers, PABLO and THOMAS who treated me with utter disrespect and blank stares, each saying there was nothing they could do. How can that be an answer? They are both completely clueless and looked as if they rolled out of bed. What ever happened for dressing for the job? I've worked in retail, there has to be an over ride or I should have at least been offered a store credit. As a resident of Stony Point for over 30 years, I have been a loyal customer of CVS and I am being penalized for using self checkout. This because they don't have enough people employed to cover the registers, especially at Christmastime. I tried calling CVS main customer service, but of course they are experiencing an overload of calls. Gee I wonder why? I am calling again tomorrow and I'll keep you up dated. It's not about the $20.49, it's the principal.

It was 5 adults and we all bought the medium size advertised at $1.49. I had my brother pay for it and he came back to the car to tell us he was charged $9.16. That is the price for the medium large. So, we both went back into the convenience store and question the cashier a young male and he started arguing with us and trying to confuse us with the prices and he involved another customer that seemed to be his friend and he was also rude to us for no reason. We were not rude, or yelling or arguing just asking clarification about the prices. Well, at the end he said he was not going to explain to us or change anything that that's the price and he didn't care what the sign says, and laughed in our faces. You know like the saying says "it takes two to tango" and we were not going to argue with him or anybody else. We felt he wasn't acting normal so we left. If Speedway has changed the prices change the signs, that's all . Otherwise, is either false advertisement or the cashier is confused about the prices or God knows what. It sounds like a frugal complaint , but no, this is not about the money -it's about the way we were treated. I am 70 yrs old and I question what has become of customer service and respect and honesty? Thank you.
