I filed a complaint and escalated it and then refused a refund by Team Leader Lisa Erb. Common business practice is to make a customer feel they were rendered good service. I was left feeling robbed and taken advantage of. My taxes were filed incorrectly by H&R Block, I paid $815 for this tax service. To right the situation I was offered a $50 discount to return to them next year. What a joke!

Their location is quite possibly the farthest tip of Edmonds you can get, making getting there a chore. Especially if it's during a heavy period of ferry traffic.
