Juar attended a neighborhood get-together and it had their food truck there. BBQ was tender and…read morejuicy, but service & planning left A LOT to be desired. Apparently, only 1 quickly hand-written menu showing essentially 2 menu items (bbq or brisket, and sandwich or plate) for 80-100 ppl. Original menu sent to everyone ahead of time & signage on side of trailer were misleading. Less than half way thru the crowd (and not everyone ordered from the truck), they ran out of brisket, so only BBQ. Have never see BBQ served on a hot dog bun, but many got just that. Definitely a smaller portion than would fit even on a cheap hamburger bun. If your main business is selling BBQ plates/sandwiches, would suspect they would have planned much better. I think 'red cole slaw' just used red vinegar. Expected at least red cabbage, but no such luck.

It was confusing at first, because this lady was standing still, facing the front of the window where you order. I thought she was in the middle of ordering food so I waited behind her. It took a few minutes to realize this lady was actually working with the food truck and taking the food orders. She also was not very friendly when I asked her a question about the food. Anyway, back to the positive notes, the food! The menu was limited to tacos, fries and drinks (soda, sparkling water). I tried the fries and fried catfish tacos (2 tacos), which came with a crema sauce, coleslaw, lightly seasoned tortilla chips. There was a bottle of salsa, assuming homemade. The salsa was delicious. The catfish tasted so fresh, was tender, and was lightly fried. The thinly cut fries were great, reminded me of McDonald's fries. The whole meal was satisfying, but I wished appetizers were available. This is one of the best food trucks in town! (food, not customer service)

We tried the Cape fear trash plate, which comes with a cheeseburger, one Zweigle's red hot dog with macaroni salad and home fries. The cheeseburger and hotdog were topped with a savory ground meat sauce, mustard, and fresh chopped onions. There is nothing healthy about this meal, just comfort food in its glorious greasiness. The meat was delicious. The only downside were the macaroni salad and potatoes were lacking in flavor and the hot dog was burnt on one side. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed this meal. I think I might have reflux now. Time for TUMS.
