I ordered a small side of guacamole to pile on top of this goodness. The mango salsa is sweet but not too sweet and mixed with the cabbage added a nice crunch. It was confusing at first, because this lady was standing still, facing the front of the window where you order. I thought she was in the middle of ordering food so I waited behind her. It took a few minutes to realize this lady was actually working with the food truck and taking the food orders. She also was not very friendly when I asked her a question about the food. Anyway, back to the positive notes, the food! The menu was limited to tacos, fries and drinks (soda, sparkling water). I tried the fries and fried catfish tacos (2 tacos), which came with a crema sauce, coleslaw, lightly seasoned tortilla chips. There was a bottle of salsa, assuming homemade. The salsa was delicious. The catfish tasted so fresh, was tender, and was lightly fried. The thinly cut fries were great, reminded me of McDonald's fries. The whole meal was satisfying, but I wished appetizers were available. This is one of the best food trucks in town! (food, not customer service)
