The staff was all incredibly informative and helpful. Best of all they made our five year old feel like a star! They involved the parents and the kid in every part of the selection process. He was all smiles and stayed excited throughout our visit, all due to the wonderful and caring staff. They had recommendations, stories on when things go right or wrong, and loads of patience! I called to ask them what happened and was put on hold and came back and was told that they tightened the bolts and that they 'don't sell that brand of e-bike, but I could always bring the bike back to put air back into the tires' Really? Two days and $50 later, my bike was in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off! Unsatisfactory service and a lack of concern! Save you money- go elsewhere!

I punishing myself by riding an old bike and admiring my good bike hanging on the wall as a trophy of my mistake. Today I did the walk of shame to the store and confessed my mistake. I expected to leave my bike for a few weeks and to pay for new parts. What I got at the service counter was a knowing smile, a hey let's see what we can do, and a glimmer of hope. 10 minutes later with the proper tools and expertise I walked out the door with the problem solved.
