There are so many things here that I have genuinely never seen anywhere else, and I'm someone who naturally gravitates to tchotchke stores already and would like to think I have seen a vast selection already! There's always something new here each time I go, so I strongly recommend that everyone come and take a lap around this store to see what treasures are lying in wait to be discovered by you. I first learned about Ten Thousand Villages in high school, when my Spanish teacher told my class about the store and asked us to visit it after a "field trip" to a Mexican restaurant down the street. I fell in love immediately, and many MANY years later the love affair continues. Ten Thousand Villages is a volunteer-run nonprofit and the people working there are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Even if you don't make a purchase, you feel better about the world after just having visited here. They mostly have suits, pants, and blazers for men, but they do have a small selection of businessy clothes for women. They also have a sale section where items are marked down as far as 60%, which is where David found his white pinstriped suit. Our salesperson was very helpful. He told us that suit rules are made to be broken. If David wanted no cuffs with a pleated pant, that was absolutely fine. He also pinned David's jacket saying men usually wore their sleeves too long and made the suit look a lot better. They also have a comfy couch and fashion magazines in case you are waiting on someone.

If they were upfront and notified me about the incomplete order and the missing boxes and accessories, I would have obviously just cancelled the order and order from somewhere else but they shipped out the botched package anyways. I contacted them and they assured me they would look for the 3rd pair or "take care of me" for the issues. After some more back and forth, their only resolution was for me to ship the shoes back to them but they refuse to refund the original cost of shipping the shoes to me even though they botched the whole entire thing. So they wasted all my time and won't even refund the original cost of shipping i paid to have the order sent to me even though they messed it up.
