Staff are eneregtic and friendly too! I got the wagyu smashburger with famous fry basket. The tajima wagyu beef was absolutely delicious (very different than the wagyu beef I had in Japan). I really enjoyed how vinegary the pickles were in contrast without taking away from the flavor of the patty. I also especially enjoyed the shape of the fries I haven't seen before and the fact it was deep fried in beef tallow was perfect. You could taste the beef tallow more in the tinier fries, which were my favorite. I've seen French fries in duck fat but not beef tallow before! Points for something different.
