The overall experience is generally not enjoyable. Well, then I met Zugell. She helped my now-husband buy his house and is assisting us in finding a new home. I've even referred her to a friend! Zugell is kind, patient, and appropriately concerned with finding the house YOU want. She asks questions and really learns what you are looking for. My favorite part, though, she is excellent with engineers. We are a different breed sometimes - very thorough, ask lots of questions, have a need to understand - and she is happy to answer any and all questions you have. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable of the local areas, and great at helping you budget for any renovations you may do. After she helps you purchase a house, her support doesn't end there. She keeps in touch annually with a box of cookies and has a list of "recommend vendors" on her website that we look to often. He left me without support on a critical issue. Important things to know: * The Quick List Package offers minimal included help, and small changes often mean extra charges. * Expect to cover the buyer's agent commission, which isn't always explained clearly. * Service quality declines if you don't accept upsells.
