Don't waste your time. After looking at some online prices of what's supposed to be in stock, I stopped by the store to get some concentrate. Not only did they not have what I was looking for but they didn't have one single gram of concentrate for sale. After carefully reviewing the prices I pulled out what should have been enough money to cover the concentrate I was considering only to find out that i don't have enough because they are out of stock of all single grams in the entire store. I have shopped at almost every dispensary in the Denver area and I can't say I have ever seen that before. Not only that but when I tired to pay the difference with some change that I had (all quarters) they said that they couldn't accept it. Last time I checked money is money right? Worst customer service from a "manager" I've ever experienced. I tried making a return for a cartridge after false advertising, which Joseph K. (the manager) says they can only do returns if it's defective, which I can respect their return policy. I tell him I won't be shopping at the store for cartridges anymore due to the false advertising, he the proceeds to tell me he won't be serving me anything & then kicks me out of the store & was very rude about it. Joseph is not cut out to be manager/supervisor if that's the way he treats the customer. Safe to say I won't be shopping here for a while. I've shopped there 13 times there in the last month just feeling it out, if that lets you know how much I shop and explore different dispos... well I've found they're only good for carts the bud and wax sucks. went in there to buy an ounce smelled the flavor that I liked bought an ounce. It was prepackaged. I got all the way home and opened it and it was nowhere near the quality that displayed so immediately I made the phone call to them and they said yeah, just come in tomorrow and we will take care of you. Bring your receipt. I show up the next morning and they say all we can do is give you a 20% discount on your next ounce when literally the ounce they sold me had seeds and stems, and didn't do Jack shit. The owner is nice or the owners son! They had such a great staff! Now their staff isn't as good. Even if you rack up points, you can't use them on green dot. I'm sad to say Andy and Francesca and a few of the guys in the back are the only good people left. Any new faces that came in the last few months just reminds me of why I hate most dispensaries! Also, the price kinda went up. They started out low then they took a little price increase. I wish I could like this place because it's the closest to my house but at this point I'm gonna wait until they get new staff! I was spending close to 300 to 500 a week was hoping my discount would apply to Greendot was hoping I felt more welcomed. Oh well hopefully new faces coming soon ! The Colorado Consumer Protection Act is here to protect us from this. A Class Action can easily be established against this owner with the repeated and documented abuse of this over the last 3 years. This bait and switch is ILLEGAL! Do not let them take advantage of you, they will change their "restrictions" to purposefully never fully apply to whatever your shopping for. Horrible experience. I was super rushed and the budtenders didn't seem to care about what I was looking to buy, just getting me through the door. I only smoke indica and told the budtender Ian that I can't smoke sativas because they make me panic. He sold me a sativa and I found out when I got home. I called the store to ask if they could do anything for me because I won't smoke it again and I spent $50. They said there's nothing they can do because GreenDot doesn't give out discounts for their products. I feel like this isn't GreenDot's responsibility to make this better, but the Dab and their budtender who seemed under the influence. Very poor experience and will likely not go back again. Has a bad experience, bought an ounce and the dab just ripped me off both bags were weighed down with leaf. And it was over 50% of each half ounce. I had 6 grams of bud and 8 grams of leaf that just tasted like I was smoking nothing I paid premium and tipped good and really feel like I was taken advantage of by such a reputable business just wow. And they thing that sucks the most is I can't buy any weed until next week and I won't be able to medicate myself cause of this problem. read more
