I don't think about getting my hair cut - it just happens and today it happened and I happened to be close to this place. I hadn't been in years! "Will you take a walk on?" "We are happy to take a walk in." "But how long will I have to wait?" And from one of the stations, Mr. Henry himself yells out, "ten minutes." I can wait that long seeing how I had no appointment and to be honest, I'm not sure it was even ten minutes. Just long enough to look around and know I wasn't in just any ole hair cutting place - it was very stylish, hip and clean with music I actually liked! Sorry, but I cannot remember the woman who cut my hair, I can only tell you that she cut it perfectly. She knew exactly what I mean when I said, "Hard Part both sides" and she knew what I meant when I said, "I want to be able to come it to either side or just back at a length that doesn't look stupid and can you also trim up the facial hair?" This woman was amazing as I am sure everyone who works there will be. I couldn't see a thing as she cut, trimmed, shaved and styled my hair - first combing to the left, then the right, then back, then back to the right. When I finally put my glasses on - I knew it was perfect, exactly the cut I wanted! However, instead of being proud of the way I looked, my face turned a bright red when I realized I had left my wallet at home. A 15 minute ride! They were excellent with my embarrassment and I was able to call with my credit card when I got home - gave a good tip too! Anyone local should really check this place out - they know what the latest styles are, they are super friendly and if you remember your money - you will walk out feeling like a million bucks - ok maybe a hundred! Went to their instagram to find out you have to text them directly so I got their phone numbers and no response. If your busy or not accepting new clients say that and don't waste my fucking time

He was very polite and accommodating, and when I arrived at the salon, it was very quiet and the location was also away from public view. he spent a lot of time. shampoo in my hair and the product he used smelled really good! He was very thorough with the shampooing and also a massage to my scalp for a while with really good. He did a great job making sure my hair was just what I wanted and used product to make sure it didn't frizz in the humidity. Felt very well taken care of!

I took my handicapped friend for a haircut at Super Cuts on Fredonia, NY. Terrible experience! My…read morefriend has mobility issues and what should have taken 15 minutes took about 1 hr. & 15 min. There were no other customers in the salon. There were 2 stylists on and a girl in a cell phone. The cell phone girl was the only one that seemed to care or have a y compassion. My friend can no longer drive so she can't get out as much. She's very personable and tried to engage the stylist in conversation. All the stylist could muster was a grunt here and there. I've never EVER seen such a cold, uncaring hairdresser in my entire life! She couldn't be bothered to even engage with my friend. She tried to blow dry all of the hairs off of my friend but she left that salon a mess, just covered in hair! The stylist wouldn't even help her with her credit card to pay! My friends hands shake so she was having difficulty. That woman just stood there and watched her struggle. There's so much more to this story, but why bother. To charge a Senior Citizen $27 for a haircut and that kind of poor service is just terrible! Go to your local salons, enjoy the experience, feel welcomed and save money! What should have been a pleasant experience was definitely not! SUPERCUTS in Fredonia NY is anything BUT super. Avoid this place at all costs!
