There were no other customers in the salon. There were 2 stylists on and a girl in a cell phone. The cell phone girl was the only one that seemed to care or have a y compassion. My friend can no longer drive so she can't get out as much. She's very personable and tried to engage the stylist in conversation. All the stylist could muster was a grunt here and there. I've never EVER seen such a cold, uncaring hairdresser in my entire life! She couldn't be bothered to even engage with my friend. She tried to blow dry all of the hairs off of my friend but she left that salon a mess, just covered in hair! The stylist wouldn't even help her with her credit card to pay! My friends hands shake so she was having difficulty. That woman just stood there and watched her struggle. There's so much more to this story, but why bother. To charge a Senior Citizen $27 for a haircut and that kind of poor service is just terrible! Go to your local salons, enjoy the experience, feel welcomed and save money! What should have been a pleasant experience was definitely not! SUPERCUTS in Fredonia NY is anything BUT super. Avoid this place at all costs!

He called me handsome wayyyyyy too many times and any time he had to turn the chair he would grab my shoulders? I have never been to a barber or hair stylist that does that.
