I've emailed this company multiple times - with no response…read more And I called several times - no answer - finally got them today and a person answered the phone, sounding annoyed, with 'HELLO!' - no company greeting, etc. So, of course, before I continued, I asked if this was GM Promotional. The person snapped "YES!" but he still sounded so very annoyed. I just mumbled thanks, and said that I would call back later. The lack of professionalism (not responding to emails, voicemails and to cap it off - answering your business line as though it's your private number and being impatient with a prospective customer) means I'd never feel comfortable ordering anything from them.
