So I bought a set of tires at Costco for my vehicle about a year ago and of course they come with…read morefree rotation and balancing for the life of the tire. I recently made an appointment via there app that morning to take it in and get them rotated while I shopped. About 30 minutes into it I get a phone call from the tire center tech telling me he can't get the front left tire off it the lug nuts on the wheels appear to be seized up. Says it's most likely cross threaded or over torqued I need to take it too a full service shop and have it looked at. So, I finish shopping while stewing mad thinking my normal mechanic screwed something up. I pay for my items go in the tire center to pick up my truck keys and hear the explanation again. All why standing there is a woman who is also waiting in line behind me. The tire guy comes up and tells her the same story. To this point I start to get a little skeptical thinking hmm.. is this lug nut seize up day or something. His words... "Ma'am you need to take your car to a full service shop we can't take them off if we do they'll break and it will have to be towed." So anyway I go home still thinking of this whole ordeal and thinking who is in the wrong. Finally after arriving home I put my groceries away. Go down to look at the truck wheel tire situation and roll out a jack and some tools myself and take at look at the left front tire, take all 5 lug nuts off no issue. No lug nut was seized, they just didn't want to do their job, really disappointed. I ended up rotating them myself. I'll just buy them somewhere else next time or at least some place that will do their job like there paid to do.

Do not ever buy an appliance from here. We purchased a dishwasher on Jan 21 online. The purchase…read morewas supposed to include installation and removal of old appliance. On Jan 31, a delivery person came with the dishwasher and said all he does is delivery. None of this was explained to us when we did the purchase. We assumed delivery and installation were to be done on the same day. They outsource the installation for our dishwasher to Stephen Peterson of Express Installations if you are in Charlottesville. This person does not answer the phone. Costco has told us that he will reach out to us. We are still waiting on 2/20. Now Costco said they will reimburse us up to 200 if we get our own installer. This has been the biggest hassle. We are going to return the dishwasher and go to Lowes, which is what we should have done in the first place.

I didn't have any particular item that I was looking for, but boy did I get some goodies. This will take you a few hrs to walk thru, so plan accordingly. I bought popcorn on the way in, and it was indeed good. Very clean, and alot of shops to wander around in. I went straight into the quilt shop and bought some beautiful material. I plan on making some pillows in the near future. Wow the quilting shop was one for the books, I could have stayed in there for hrs. So many crafting ideas and nice material. They ladies do offer classes, or can tell you who does in the area. They have antique shops, puzzle store, cook ware, toy store, decor and food for purchase. Im sure I missed a few things. This is a must stop if your in the area. All the shops seemed amazing and reasonable priced. Lots of parking, and everyone was welcoming. I met a few fellow antique collectors along the way.

Their large store with their many products was impressive. We tried their lamb shoulder loins and cooked them up that evening for dinner and it was sooo delicious! Got a few bags of their worsted traditional wool that I plan to use for knitting a skirt and blazer. Can't wait to get them going! Also picked up some shipped honey and miscellaneous other items. Lanolin, sheep skins, socks, slippers, blankets, yarn, soap, so much more! Upstairs was a museum of spinning wheels and weaving looms from many years back. What else could you ask for? American "made". Passion for sheep and associated crafts. Inspiring spinning and weaving museum upstairs. Top notch company run by very sweet and smart folks!
