You are allowed to use the group exercise rooms when a class isn't in session, where you will have lots of room to stretch (there isn't much room for that in the fitness area). They added some artistic touches in addition to the natural beauty; there was even a children's story set up for kids to follow along as they walked a particular trail. I especially appreciated seeing all the bluebirds and the chestnut trees. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. (And you can't beat the price-- free.
