It's a perfect place to pick up a thoughtful gift, with a wide selection of handmade clothing, quilts, cards, nightlights, bags, jewelry, paintings, and so much more. Best of all, everything is created by women artists. I'm so glad a space like this exists. So empowering, inspiring, and full of heart. You can really feel the love and effort poured into every item. I went in to check it took 10 minutes to find and at some point, they looked kind of panicked that they didn't actually know where it was. Finally, three months later, I called to check and the owner calls me leaves a message that they misplaced it in another pile and it has been ready, they just didn't call. Finally as I pay $120 for a slight adjustment the girl tells me if I use a credit card they are going to pass the service charge onto me. This is absolutely insane for a business that charges an exorbitant amount of money for their jewelry. She argued with me trying to educate and Millenialsplain to me why they were passing the cost on to me. I understand there is a service charge with a small business, but this is an establishment that has been in Chapel Hill for a while. Shame on you for bad business practices!
