It hadn't been professionally cleaned in years and showed every mile of it. Charlie worked absolute magic on it. Somehow, he made this truck look better than new. How is that even possible? I honestly don't know, but he did it. Every surface was spotless, the paint looked incredible, and the attention to detail was beyond anything I expected. I've previously tried 4 different shops for different projects, I've also done a few full DIY pre-cut PPF installs myself. But when it comes to "seamless" installation, theres a level of skill that's required and there's just not that many installers that can do the job. After carefully looking at some of their work, I ended up having WRAPSTARS do the job. Sienna's work is amazing, she's very patient and detailed, and every line that could be tucked is fully tucked, and anything that couldn't be tucked, she'd cut it into the edge. Out of the 10+ shops I've called before them, they all say they couldn't wrap the trunk spoiler section one piece, or the mirror has to have a visible seam. While they claim it's not possible, I'd say it's a skill issue.

Excellent Window Tinting Experience for My 2026 Tesla Model Y Premium!…read more I recently brought my 2026 Tesla Model Y Premium to Mohammed for window tinting, and I'm extremely happy with the whole experience and the final result. From the very beginning, Mohammed, the owner, was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to what I needed. I explained that my biggest priorities were keeping the Tesla cooler, reducing the heat and glare from the California sun, protecting the interior, and still having the car look clean and premium. What I really appreciated was that Mohammed didn't try to push unnecessary products or services on me just to make a sale. He explained what would actually benefit my car and what I could probably live without. He even helped me save some money by explaining whether I really needed additional sunshade tinting or not. I appreciated his honesty because it showed me that he cared more about giving me the right solution than simply charging me more. I ended up getting the 4 side windows, rear/back window, and windshield tinted. The installation came out beautifully. The tint is clean, smooth, even, and professionally finished, with no sloppy edges. It completely changed the look of my Model Y and gave it that sleek, premium appearance I was looking for. Most importantly, the finished result is exactly what I wanted. The car feels more comfortable, the tint looks amazing, and I feel much better protected from the strong California sun. Thank you, Mohammed, for taking the time to explain everything, helping me choose what I actually needed, and making sure I got a great result without spending money on things I didn't need. If you're looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Mohammed. My Tesla came out perfect!

When I arrived at the shop, I asked Ji about the difference between the tint I had selected and the next level up. He took the time to explain the differences and gave me a demonstration without making me feel pressured or trying to upsell me. I really appreciated that. After seeing the demo for myself, I decided to go with the upgraded tint. I picked up my RAV4 a couple of hours later and was very happy with the results. While I was there, I also asked Ji about PPF for my Toyota Tacoma. Once again, he demonstrated the product, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing anything. After seeing the product firsthand, I decided to schedule my Tacoma to have the roof wrapped in PPF the following week. What I appreciate most about Ninetailz is that they don't try to upsell you. Ji and the team at Ninetailz Motorsports completely set the standard with my 2024 Tesla Model 3. I left it overnight, and when I picked it up the next day, I was blown away by the craftsmanship. It looked so good that I ended up coming back a few weeks later to get the front windshield tinted! What really blew me away, though, was Ji's follow-through. He asks you to bring the car back after a week so he can inspect the work, catch any tiny air bubbles, and make sure everything cured flawlessly. Awesome service, unbeatable work ethic, and a super smooth experience from start to finish. I can't recommend Ji and his crew enough!
