I mentioned I was almost at Season 10 (2 discs missing) and that if she is not able to get them, then I would like a refund at least for the cost of me buying season 10 on Amazon (2 day delivery, $15.00). Mid sentence she said no refund and hung up on me. As the old saying goes...buyer beware and be smarter than I was. This place, this owner, lacks integrity and has proven that, no matter where you live or how old they are, these kind of people will always exist. You have now lost 4 customers within my household and I will make sure to share my story with the many people I know in Orillia and elsewhere. Good job on your customer service skills and using your judgement and mathematical skills at losing, at most $15.00 by getting the disks for me, new or used.
