Items priced very affordable and because it all goes towards the humane society, no tax! You can feel guilt free shopping for more. It's a volunteer run store and everything inside had been donated. When we made a measuring error and the box spring was a hair shy of fitting up the stairs they brought us a split box spring in exchange in less than an hour. With the current lock down restrictions we did everything by phone. Amanda and Scott did some shopping around and not only found us two beautiful couches that can be easily wiped down with sanitizers and a new fridge! Service guy shows up with one part and can't fix the bed. Told by head office they can't do anything because it's a franchise location. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Service rep calls and tells me it will be another 2 weeks before anyone can come back in spite of me pointing out this was their mistake and they should rectify it immediately. They have made multiple errors.
