I LOVE Leuk. After reading the reviews I must say, I'm disappointed that the staff are viewed this way. I personally know the owner and I can tell you that she is the loveliest, most down to earth woman, you could ever meet. I don't suppose she will be too thrilled to read that staff are treating customers this way. I know that above all every Leuk customer is appreciated by Herma (owner) . I know I am. I would suggest asking for Jane, that's who I deal with at Leuk. She will go above and beyond to make your shopping experience a great one. read more

This is usually my favourite store to visit when I come to Collingwood. I always leave with a new favourite item for my closet. Today I found the staff to be rude and pretentious, which has never been the case before. I had a top on and needed some advice on the fit. Not only did this staff member ignore my concern when it was brought to her attention. She proceeded to inform me of their no photo policy, which I found to be an odd thing to say as I had not brought out my phone the entire time I was there. My friend and I got caught in a thunderstorm on our hike earlier that day so I guess we looked like we didn't belong there. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave. I am sad that bad customer service sullied my Leuk experience. If you would like to compete with online prices, I would worry more about your customer service than your photo policy. read more

Walked in and told a tall blonde saleswoman that worked there that I am medically exempt from wearing a mask. She said that was ok, she just had to let the other staff know. My mother and I started looking around and the sales woman came back to us and said she had just been informed because I am not wearing a mask, - even though I am medically exempt - I must leave. By law there are exemptions to wearing masks. I have NEVER been so humiliated in a store and treated so poorly. read more

Surprised to not see any reviews. But I just wanted to say, that this store has one of the most beautiful storefronts I've ever seen. The interior designer vision, surely has talent. Ive been into stores in new york, and all over, and the store itself is breathtakingly beautiful. I live in Toronto, and to be honest haven't seen a store that is as beautiful. Yes pricey, would have loved to see clothes less than what they were. But at the end of the day, Love the concept of the store itself, and will rate it solely based upon that rather than the services as I did not have direct experience with that. read more

I have already wrote a long review on Leuk clothing store on Facebook . I could not agree more with the other two reviews about the rudeness . I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 years and I work at all three major stores in the GTA Holt Renfrew, Saks and Norstroms . When I am at any of the stores I pride myself on giving the best most memorable positive shopping experience . Today at Leuk when I was about to try on in the change room a few items the associate had put in their my five year old told me that she needed to use their washroom . The washroom was right there and yet they told me that it was closed because the cafe was closed so I'd have to bring my daughter to another establishment and come back before 6 because they were closing . Are you kidding me ?? So Beverly the sales at the front desk when asked if my daughter could use it said no it's the owners rule that it's for the cafe patrons and now the cafe is closed . Unless they sell $ 400.00 cappuccinos and 150.00 biscottis I think that they should rethink that rule because I'm spending way more than a lunch . It's sad and unprofessional . The best is when I addressed Beverly that I felt that she was being rude and how she was making me feel she rolled her eyes . I could not believe it . I actually said to her that I can't believe that you blatantly rolled your eyes at me . She smirked and could have cared less and said that she was sorry that I felt this way . Yes Beverly you should feel bad as well the owner if what you are saying is true about her not letting a paying customer have use of their washroom while shopping then I think eventually people will see that people like you in the era that we are in with shopping on line will eventually have to close yet another store and then eventually maybe them all . The public will only take so much abuse before they will not accept or tolerate sales associate like Beverly who refused my 5 year old use of the bathroom .,,.. shame , shame , shame on all of you read more
