Tile floors (ask about the porcelain tiles) granite countertops, SS appliances, carpeting, artwork in the halls, even new sod on the grounds. I love the washer and dryer hookups and the friendly staff is very attentive. The only negative I really encountered was that since there is renovation going on, there are Workman plying their craft in various places however that's a temporary and minor inconvenience. I highly recommend giving these apartments a look.

Attached garages makes it feel more like a townhouse than being in an apartment. Very close to interstate access, groceries, restaurants. Everything is within 10 mins drive. Very safe place to live compared to others around the area with private security patrolling the grounds. I take walks all the time. The mini dog park, lots of green space, and shared community spaces are kept pretty well. Leasing staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are handled very well. Available EV changing station is a huge bonus. Cons - A few entrance gates aren't easy to find, not easy to turn into without curbing your car if you don't have a remote for the gate. Gates break quite often too. Older phases aren't as well developed as the newer units. HVAC units in older phases doesn't distribute hot/cold air evenly throughout the unit.

Dog feces everywhere in the grass & people let their dogs go free & when you step out your door there will be urine or feces on your doormat. I had a problem with a woman living over me having a pitbull running loose & trying to attack me & my dog who was on a leash. The office said they didn't see where she had a dog so it was a act of congress to get something done about it & they told her it was me who was complaining, which made it bad for me & security had to escort me in to my apartment until she was finally evicted for breaking the rules. Nobody wants to come home to all that mess. My lease was up 8/31/26 & I was fully moved out 8/21/26 I had requested a walk through before I turned in my keys & was told it couldn't be done until the following week when I was in Florida. I turned in my keys thinking everything was fine, then I received a invoice from Kelsey for some cleaning charges & resurfacing of tub. The tub was that way when I moved in & was told once I put a mat down I wouldn't see it. I was ok with that because the girl said it was normal wear & tear. I have no problem paying for stuff I did but to have to pay for something I didn't do is very frustrating. Then Kelsey wouldn't even call me back to discuss my issue, I called her 3 times once she sent that invoice & was told she would call me back & never called me back only sent a email saying I was obligated to pay for it. Only thing I can say for these apartments is that security is very good but if something breaks you have to wait & keep following up on the problem, also you must be home by 5:00 PM if you want a parking spot by your apartment or you will have to take a walk to get home. Walls are very thin & can hear someone flushing toilet or running water above you & it sounds like elephants walking above you.
