Not only is the area bad but the apartments are made of paper you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. On top of that we had accidentally made an overpayment on rent when moving out so not only did they take our deposit but a portion of the overpayment of rent as well without any kind of notice. I was told I'd be receiving a refund for the overpayment not the partial overpayment. Really do not recommend living here it was an awful experience

The location is perfect. The management staff was friendly, informative, and professional. I just couldn't be happier. If I had to find something negative to say, I'd say that since some of the renovations are being finished up still, there are a few workers about. I have been wrongfully been charged excessive fees every month this year. I am currently considering calling the Germantown Detectives to get a warrant to look at camera footage because they will not reverse $250 pet droppings fee.
