We told them we needed the shirts by a certain date. Long story short, they did not come through. We realized the day before our event that we would not have shirts on time. The company kept lying about the delivery and tracking status. So eventually at around 10 am the day before my event I found Kustom Life. They promised me they could get over 200 shirts completed by the end of the day. I put my faith in them and I'm so glad I did... First off, their customer service was OUTSTANDING. they kept me updated throughout the day. Next, their shirt quality was out of this world comfy. I don't ever keep my old volunteer shirts because they're rough... not these. these were super soft and the price difference was minimal! Best of all they're LOCAL. no need to ship across the country. They offered to deliver but we picked up. I am so happy with Kustom Life. I live close by so I dropped off my jackets, picked out my thread, and determined placement in person. The shop is small, so I recommend taping out your placement prior to arrival. If you're working purely online, Dave is very quick to send pictures with measurements and sample placements. When it came to picking the color of the embroidery, I really appreciate the range that was available. I think I chose from 10 gold shades. After I left, Dave mentioned that we should choose a secondary color for the shading on the logo. I gave him executive power and he did a great job. He also changed the direction of the embroidery on the shadows to really make it pop. Such a subtle detail, yet gorgeous finish. Dave and Miguel run Psalm 27 Ink together, Miguel having decades of experience. Both are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to making apparel. I hope to utilize them for digital to film (DTF) printing in the future. They also can help source apparel if you need help. Looking forward to continuing to work together!

I was looking to print oversized bandanas with water-based ink -- and 19.75" square artwork -- to send out as save-the-dates for my wedding. Finding someone who could print to those specs at *all* was a challenge! But not only could James do it -- he also expertly guided me to the best possible result, treating my small, humble job with kindness and care that I'm still raving about. I knew that I wanted 100% cotton bandanas, and James sent me samples of both his preferred (soft, well-made) bandana blanks, as well as another brand of cotton blanks that I'd found through my own research. Seeing and feeling the difference between the samples made the choice clear as day -- and I immediately chose the sample James recommended. I was so grateful for the tangible difference in softness given that our bandana job was very sentimental in nature, and we hoped that our friends would enjoy them for years to come. Before printing, James took the time to clean up my detailed artwork so that it would perform best in the context of the ink and print scale in use. When I opened up the box containing the final product, I actually gasped -- they were more beautiful than I'd ever expected. I'm now in the process of placing each one in the envelopes we've addressed to our closest friends and family, and each bandana I fold leaves me smiling.
