Just leaving the Craft Studios and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Brandy. The whole experience was smooth and exactly what I wanted. I sent a message here on yelp and go a response later on that day. Brandy then reached out to me to make my appt. She was very friendly and fit me in the next week. When I got to there I was created immediately and everyone was so friendly. Brandy and i talked about what I was looking for and she knew just what to do. She also explained the process and made sure that my hair integrity would not be damaged. I could have not have asked for a better stylist. I followed my hairstylist Brandy to this shop when it first opened and I've been coming here ever since. The environment is really welcoming and laid back and all the barbers and stylists are very kind. The shop has grown a lot since I first came here and looks great, it has an old school/industrial aesthetic. I've been coming to Brandy to get my hair done for YEARS and she's always worth the trip to come see. She's also recently started doing waxing so I will be coming to her for that as well! This barbershop has it all. Great cuts, top customer service, great music. It is just so hard to find a place that excels in all of it. They even give out free water and soda to customers waiting. They have hosted a couple of charity events that I can recall and always have some sort of charity bin in their shop. They accept walkins, but I would call in for appointments. Nice barbershop in a shopping center- busy when we went- $25 for a cut but took a few stars down because guys would just walk in and go right to the hairstylists chairs- they may have had appointments or were friends- but hard to say- just made the other walk ins like us feel like the wait was getting even longer due to all the friends walking in... maybe a better system of walk ins and appointments...so you don't feel like walkins get the short straw! read more
